Ordered via grab food at about 4pm, but only two soups were available and one flat bread option was

Ordered via GrabFood around 4pm, but only two soups and one flatbread option were available. Yet, your GrabFood listing allowed customers to select all options. The reason given was that you guys "just opened," even though you opened five hours ago. When we received our order, one of the soups that was supposed to be upsized was not. The Tokyo chicken stew had barely any chicken and was mostly soup. The SG chicken soup was filled with so many solids and had so little soup, it was so thick it seemed like sauce instead of soup. I hope someone can look into this.
