Visited this outlet around 9pm on a friend's recommendation to try Stuff'd's burrito, as I usually go for the kebab or daily bowl. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. Unlike other outlets I frequent, this one did not have a QR code ordering displayed in the store. I normally rely on the QR code to check which ingredients or toppings are out of stock before deciding whether to order. Without it, I only realised midway through ordering at the counter that the toppings for burritos are different from those for kebabs. Since it was my first time ordering a burrito, I wasn’t very familiar with the available bases and toppings besides corn and mashed potatoes. When I requested mashed potatoes, I was told it was sold out. By then, the staff had already added lettuce, tomato salsa, and sauces to the burrito, so I couldn’t back out and say I'd come another day. I ended up with a burrito mostly filled with corn, which cost $7.90... :( In the end, I didn’t eat the burrito and had to buy dinner elsewhere. The burrito is still sitting at home, and I honestly don’t know what to do with it, lol... I feel this situation could have been avoided if the outlet had the QR code ordering system like other branches, so customers can see what toppings are available before ordering. Maybe this is why this outlet has a lower rating on Google Reviews compared to other outlets.

I'm a regular customer of the Northpoint brand. Their kebab standard level is very much related to the working staff. Recently, the portion has become smaller and the vegetables provided are insufficient. Most amusingly, today the kebab didn't meet the 280g. The staff gave an excuse that "because you only took one sauce." If I were a first-time buyer, I might have been fooled. That's why the queue had 'no wait' today.

Service is bad at this outlet. We queued for 20 minutes only for the staff to tell us that for chicken, we would have to wait another 20 minutes. There should be a sign to inform queuing customers that chicken is out of stock or requires additional waiting time, so that customers don't waste their time queuing for nothing. The people queuing in front also had their orders prepared (sides placed) and were told that the chicken would require additional time. Hence, they changed their orders to salmon/beef.

Probably an unintentional mistake, but I was really disappointed with not only the portion size, but also the missing ingredients in my order. This was my order: Salmon daily bowl ALL veggie Wasabi mayo Mashed Potato Egg Mayo Broccoli Turkish Eggplant Buttered Corn (If you don't have any, please just add more potato!) However, I received no veggies at all (other than the 5 sides), and the portion of salmon has shrunk so much. Only 3 pieces of salmon here... and the price also rose. This is so disappointing.

Bought on 18/7/2024 around 7:30 PM. It's been a while since I last bought from Stuff'd, and I was shocked by the portions I was served today. I ordered a Chicken Burrito and a Pulled Lamb Daily Bowl. I'm not sure if this is the new standard, but the portions used to be so much larger. The Chicken Burrito I received was the size of a Kebab, and the Daily Bowl seemed to be HALF the size it used to be! It was shocking and upsetting. I could see the servers literally serving half of everything – the vegetables, sauce, meat, and toppings. The cashier even had to look underneath the Daily Bowl to check if there was actually meat inside. Perhaps it was the evening crowd and they had to cut down portions to serve more people? Even so, the portions should not be compromised at all! If this is the standard I should expect from Stuff'd from now on, I'll have to reconsider patronising. The food is still yummy as usual, but the portions are a big concern. What used to be 5 stars has dropped to 3. I hope to see better next time, or else it'll be the last.

Just patronised the Northpoint City branch. Hakim was so polite and gave AMAZING service, even though it was the end of the night. Despite it being so close to closing, his energy level was as if he had just started his day. He explained our options patiently. This is someone who takes pride in his job. He really made our day! Thank you so much, Hakim, and keep up the great work!

Their meals are always great and affordable. The taste is always consistent. If it's your first time here, try the Chicken Kebab to start out.

A healthier option for food. The bowl is super huge and very filling. The chicken often sells out, so do go earlier during meal times. There are tons of topping options and the service crew is always very generous.

I always go for their lamb; it's the best – soft and tender. The amount they give is also way more than other outlets. There are times I would rather travel from Woodlands to Yishun just to buy from this outlet due to their generous portions.
