Very poor service experience at Stuff'd Plaza Singapura on 18 August 2025, around 6:00 PM. I asked for clarification on the toppings for my order, but the staff member—who I was told was the manager (the only lady on their shift)—was rude and dismissive. Although I had AirPods on, they were not in use and I could hear her clearly. I only wanted to confirm which items she was referring to, as she did not point them out clearly. Instead of assisting, she accused me of not listening.
I was simply making sure my order was correct, yet I was treated unprofessionally. Definitely not the kind of service you'd expect from a manager. The outlet would benefit from better customer service training, especially in handling clarifications politely and respectfully.

Each salad item was supposed to be served as one full scoop, but I clearly saw the server scoop significantly less than that for multiple items. I've attached a photo of my bowl before I even started eating – as you can see, it's barely half full. For the price, this felt stingy and not worth it. Definitely won't be coming back unless they fix their portioning.

The shop closed at 8:15 PM, and the staff appeared to be shutting down. 5-10 minutes later, I saw them putting away ingredients and packing up, so I had to return another day. Either the timing on Google is inaccurate, or the staff simply wanted to finish work early.

Isn't that just asking for unnecessary pests, affecting your stall's food quality and cleanliness, and in the worst-case scenario, jeopardizing your brand?
I guess it's tough to ensure staff at each outlet are disciplined enough to keep things super clean all the time before rushing home.

Super grateful for the staff from this outlet for handling my huge order this noon! I was looking to get meals for 25 pax and ordered from Deliveroo for later. I was honestly expecting the order to be rejected, assuming this branch might attract a physical crowd, but they nailed it! (Ordered vegan and vegetarian bowls and wraps as well).
