I would like to compliment the excellent customer service provided by Maryanne May and Tim. Their attentiveness to my needs was fantastic. I had a wonderful experience; they were very hospitable, friendly, and helpful, and it was fun. The food was served quickly and was delicious – the Cheesy 7 was superb! Happy Halloween!

I prefer to eat near the MRT station gantry, and I've always frequented this Pizza Hut when I was working here years ago. Originally, I wanted to go to Secret Recipe upstairs but decided last minute to ask about their lunch menu. I was greeted by Kak Jess, who is very cheerful and approachable. Compared to my past visits to this outlet, she is very welcoming and an asset to the company. As I looked very exhausted and dehydrated, I decided to ask for iced water. Not only was the service fast, but she was also courteous while doing her job. Not many F&B restaurants are able to maintain this level of politeness in restaurant service. It helps that I decided to visit the outlet during a non-peak period, so that helped too Kudos to staff Jess! Thanks for making my exhausting morning better ✨

Went to Pizza Hut today and the staff, May Tim, was incredibly helpful and attentive. They provided us with excellent and very efficient service. Staff May helped us take good photos, it's giving Insta-worthy. She even took the time to suggest current promotions that we could take advantage of and use for future purchases. Food was served hot and delicious. Happy New Year to everyone!

I had an amazing experience getting pizza here! The staff member, Jess, was exceptional—she went the extra mile in explaining each pizza option and was incredibly patient with me as I struggled to choose from all the delicious options. Her friendly attitude and great service made the experience even better. Definitely coming back for more! Highly recommend!
