The mushroom soup was way too salty. The drink, Mango Tango, was also excessively sweet due to too much syrup. The food portions were small for the price.
The food took a while to arrive, even though the restaurant was almost empty. The employees were also talking, laughing, and gossiping loudly while we were dining.
It's no longer worth the price.

The outlet was empty when everywhere else was super packed, most probably due to the overpriced items on the menu. We didn't really enjoy the food. The mushroom soup tasted like Campbell's powder soup, and the onion rings were a little too crispy. However, the pasta that came with the set was good. I enjoyed my Corn & Cheesy slice, and the ice cream with Hershey's cookie was great as well.

No queue, but staff cut the queue when asked about takeaway. The staff replied with a bad attitude, saying to just sit nearby and we would be called. After waiting 10 minutes, we were then informed we needed to wait 45 minutes for food. OMG, a big shop with minimal manpower. It's only today I realised Pizza Hut is not fast food! Pizza Hut HQ should come to Sun Plaza to audit how their staff serve customers and how to improve their order system. Very bad experience with Pizza Hut.

Basic service is provided. The baked seafood rice was a bit soggy at the bottom. The mushroom pasta was ordinary with a strong taste of black pepper, thus masking the mushroom taste. The seafood soup tasted nice. The honey roasted wings saved my dinner meal as it was the only food item that was nice. The soup and the baked rice contained chili flakes, thus might not be suitable for people who do not like spicy food.

We visited Pizza Hut at Sunplaza in mid-September and again today (October 2nd). We were served by the same staff member, Shafina, on both occasions.
She was truly professional. Shafina patiently explained the seasonal menu, always with a smile from the moment we entered the store until we left. When I couldn't find a particular pasta on the e-menu, she guided me through it.
Thank you, Shafina, for providing my family and me with a wonderful dinner experience, as always.

Seldom many people dining in. If you're here for the seasonal pizza and want some peace of mind, this should be a good place. I was there during weekday dinner crowds and once for a weekend lunch crowd, and it wasn't too crowded. The picture shows the Thursday dinner crowd.

There are few staff as most things are done through phone. You scan the QR code located on your table to order your food. Your first time registering gets you free 4 honey wings.
It was quite empty during lunch hour. A good place for student deals and also value meals for sharing. It's quite pricey otherwise.
Service was fine; they took us to our table, gave us menus, told us the soup of the day and the latest promotion, and then asked us to order using the QR code reader. Food came quite timely, and they helped to clear empty plates from time to time.
Overall, a good place to go for pizza, but more worth it if sharing, for students, or families.

Compact but cosy feeling during my last dining experience. Good for family gatherings. The renovated restaurant requires patrons to scan a QR code for self-service ordering, which includes most, if not all, of their usual standard menu offerings.
