Tried Cafe 2B at Paya Lebar MRT and honestly, it was a huge letdown. The food tasted like it was thrown together last minute — bland, poorly cooked, and far from fresh. On top of that, the prices were ridiculous for what was served; it felt like daylight robbery. You're basically paying a premium for subpar food in a small corner space. Definitely not coming back unless there's a serious change in quality and pricing.

The pricing feels off. I can't believe I have to pay about $1 more for takeaway in a brown packet (not even a plastic or styrofoam box) than the original price on the board. Also, hygiene may be a concern as I noticed flies flying around the stack of pre-cut chicken. Overall, an unsatisfying experience.

If you're a grouch from Sesame Street and enjoy indulging in rubbish, this is the right place for you. The food tastes like absolute trash; the fried rice and noodles taste like pepper rice and noodles. The fried items were super bland and not fresh. Seriously, how can you fail at frying stuff? I highly suspect they used unsold items from the previous day. The tomato egg tasted like vomit. And here comes the best part... *drumrolls* They charged me $9.40 SGD. My jaw literally dropped, not because I can't afford it, but out of sheer disbelief. Initially, I thought they charged this much due to their quality/flavour, but... This is a constant reminder to always check Google reviews before going. Totally my mistake.

Came around 9:35 PM, feeling very hungry and wanting a small bite. One of the staff members rejected me, saying "close already" and waving his hand dismissively. His colleague with coloured hair even laughed at the situation. Shocking service.
Best part, about five minutes later, around 9:40 PM, a couple came to buy a bottle of water, and they were allowed to purchase it. Splendid.

A simple place for early morning breakfast, though it is quite expensive. You might expect the food to be rather pricey, not cheap at all, but it is convenient.

This is awkward because I bought nasi lemak on a whim, kept it in the fridge for two nights, microwaved it, and thought it was still amazing. I really couldn't believe what I was eating. At $2.50, it's such a steal, and I can't wait to try it fresh. I never expected to like it that much.

Nice and affordable! But not for the fussy. I added extra bee hoon for a more filling stomach. They also serve fried rice and many nice dishes. If you want to dine in, try to come before peak hour unless you're opting for takeaway.
