Since 2001, The Mediterranean Deli Turk has been bringing the rich culinary traditions of Ottoman Turkish Mediterranean cuisine to Singapore. Under the expert guidance of brothers Master Chef Ahmet and Chef Celal, who hail from Turkey, this halal-certified establishment has become a trusted destination for those seeking authentic Turkish flavours in the Lion City.
The restaurant operates multiple locations, with Deli Turk by Chef Celal at Suntec City Mall and The Mediterranean Deli Turk at Far East Plaza on Scotts Road. The menu showcases a comprehensive range of Turkish specialities, from various kebabs including the spicy adana kebab to Turkish pide—the country's distinctive take on flatbread pizza. The homemade pita bread, freshly prepared in-house, accompanies generous meze platters featuring an array of traditional dips and appetisers.
One standout that keeps customers returning is the kunefe, a traditional Turkish dessert that perfectly balances sweetness with the distinctive texture of shredded pastry and cheese. Reviews consistently praise the authenticity of the cuisine compared to other Turkish restaurants in Singapore, noting the fresh preparation and quality ingredients. With options for dine-in, pickup, and delivery services, Deli Turk makes it convenient for both newcomers and long-time fans of Turkish cuisine to enjoy their carefully crafted dishes.

I had a wonderful dining experience at Deli Turk by Chef Celal. The food was absolutely delicious, with authentic flavors, perfectly seasoned, and served fresh. Every dish felt comforting yet refined, and you could really taste the quality ingredients.
The service was excellent; the staff were all very kind, friendly, and attentive, especially Md. Arish. They made us feel welcome from the start and always served with a smile, which really added to the overall experience.
The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a pleasant place to enjoy a meal, whether with family, friends, or even for a casual lunch.
Overall, it’s a fantastic spot if you’re looking for genuine Turkish cuisine in Singapore. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Food is always amazing and consistent. The must tries are the kebab pilaf rice sets and baked rice.
The food is always amazing and consistent. The must-tries are the kebab pilaf rice sets and baked rice. Plus, the fries were also amazing! Highly recommended for authentic Turkish food. Most importantly, all the kids loved it too! The manager and the team provided very good service, and the chefs were super friendly as pictured! (It was the kids' idea to say hi to them, and it definitely made everyone's day!)

For context, I asked if they provided free plain water, but they proceeded to charge 30 cents. Communication was a nightmare, really. One of their chefs was not working on Sunday, so mutton doner was out of stock.
Despite this, I still give their mutton Iskandar 5 stars. The mutton was tender and flavorful. The yogurt was semi-liquid rather than solid, with a mild sourness that paired well. The green pepper was hella spicy, but you probably don't get gel with the yogurt, so it wasn't essential for consumption.
The rice was fluffy, but the GOAT was the bread. Gosh, it was so crispy and flavorful with all the sauce soaked in. It was so amazing that my partner kept stealing it.

We were a group of 6 and ordered the premium platter, the lamb and chicken pide, and the chickpea soup. All the food was pretty authentic and very tasty. The meat was very fresh and cooked well, the pide was really nice, and the bread was yummy. We went with a few Turkish friends, and they all enjoyed the meal too. For dessert, we had baklava; it could have been sweeter, but it's better to have less sugar. Great food, and we'll be back for sure.
