Overpriced and poor quality food. 1. The soup tasted raw. 2. The mashed potato was cold, even with the sauce. 3. The chocolate milkshake was served in a small juice glass and was overpriced. It was watery and more like chocolate milk. 4. The steak was tasteless compared to other heartland western steakhouses in the same category.
Water is charged. With this poor quality of food, this place is not worth revisiting.

Terrible experience here at Eatzi. I asked the counter staff before entering how long the food would take after ordering, as I was short on time. They told me 15-20 minutes, which still gave me about 20 minutes to eat, so I decided to dine here. After ordering, I waited 35 minutes for the food to arrive. At the 35-minute mark, I asked the staff to cancel my order as I wouldn't have enough time to eat. Immediately after, the food arrived. I had to gobble it up within 10 minutes! And that's not even the worst part.
When I ordered the meal, the staff didn't ask about the doneness of the steak I wanted. I assumed this was fine as I wanted it medium-rare anyway, which is the usual standard for a steakhouse. The steak came with SO MANY RAW BITS! It was definitely worse than medium-rare. I've attached a picture in this review. There was a spot on the beef that was obviously not cooked or pressed into the pan at all. The meat was also extremely bloody and undone.

What is this serving of Mentaiko Scallop? Is it big to small? The first serving, the sauce wasn't added. After adding it, it was never torched. I didn't bother asking them to torch it and just ate it, LOL. Ridiculous… what is this standard? If torching isn't required, where is the SOP? The third pic is for the untorched mentaiko.

The food was disappointing; we ordered chicken steaks. The chicken steaks were hard to chew and tasteless, they tasted like spoiled meat and were not cooked properly. The vegetables were also spoilt and it was pretty disgusting. The food was so overly expensive yet barely mediocre. Would not recommend.

I went to your SAFRA outlet Eatzi Gourmet Steak House to break fast, and I was very hungry. I ordered my steak 'well done,' but it came out bloody and red. The steak was plain and very hard to eat. The vegetables didn't even seem cooked, and the potatoes were hard and undercooked. I've read all the reviews on Google posted by other people, and it seems there has been no change in food quality after countless complaints. I paid for something I barely ate. I asked the cashier, who was a trainee, what she could do, and she offered me a slice of cake. This is outrageous for the amount I paid.

When the customer service is excellent, the food tastes great too! The staff and restaurant manager at this branch are always friendly and attentive.
Happy to be back for the Tenderloin Fest, we ordered the roasted tenderloin tail with garlic and rosemary, perfect for two! And an additional baked potato because it's so good! Our tenderloin came just the way we asked for it, medium-rare, and the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful. Great job to the chefs!
We're fans of oysters and enjoy the taste of the brine, but not everyone enjoys that taste. So perhaps that's why the crew washed them down too cleanly.
Overall, our dinner was great. Thank you to restaurant manager, Doris, for taking good care of us! See you again!

Generally, their chicken steaks are really good! Highly recommend ordering them. The pasta, however, was a miss for me (I ordered their chef recommendation lobster pasta) as it tasted really bland and bad... not worth the $20. But I must say their meat options are good here, and the potatoes are as nice as Jack's Place!

I decided to choose Eatzi Gourmet @ SAFRA Yishun to celebrate my birthday with a nice dinner, and I'm so glad that I made the right choice!
After ordering a table of dishes, I gave my son a piece of bread and he ate while falling asleep on the baby seat. We were so scared that his head would bang onto the table as he dozed off completely. Luckily, the staff were quick to help us shift the tables and chairs so we could allow our son to lie down in the stroller while we could have a whole table of warm food. While shifting the chairs, we overheard the restaurant manager, Ms. Doris Wong, advising her staff to shift them gently so as not to make loud noises that might wake our child. She is the type of good leader who is hands-on and gives good advice to her staff so they can provide excellent customer service. Then, the table next to us had other children playing, and we were worried they might wake up our child who had just fallen asleep. And again, we were lucky to have such good staff there who then quickly helped us move all the dishes and stuff to the table outside. Outside, there is no aircon, but there are big ceiling fans and a very nice view of the swimming pools. I had truly a wonderful birthday dinner with the nice and romantic atmosphere overlooking the swimming pools in the evening.
All these wonderful and memorable experiences would not be possible without the restaurant manager, Ms. Doris Wong, and her team for their excellent and friendly service. I would like to highly compliment them for their spontaneity and enthusiasm in assisting all the customers.
This is my first time writing such a long review for any restaurant, so when I do, this is truly a highly recommended restaurant that we are truly impressed with. Not only is the food yummy and special, but most importantly, the staff there made my day a truly Happy Birthday! Kudos to Ms. Doris Wong, who showed care and concern for my son, and also to her spontaneous team! We will definitely be back to visit again!
