The taste was alright, though it could be better. The fish portion for the fish and chips was pretty big. Students might like the student meals offered here, but it might be a tad expensive for the majority.

My selection was Danish fish and chips, and it was supposed to be the best. However, both dishes were soggy and incredibly tasteless. Please avoid patronizing Fish & Co. Considering it's a fish and chips company, it serves some of the worst fish and chips I've ever tried. The only good thing was the homemade sauces – the tartar sauce and the hollandaise sauce I tried. Everything else was terrible. The fish was bland and overcooked; they didn't even salt it. The fries were so soggy. I will never come back to eat here again.

We waited for 10 minutes (as the first in the queue) to be seated at 12pm on a Friday, which was Teacher's Day. The manager and staff did not bother to attend to us or inform us that we needed to wait. The manager only used a cloth to swipe food scraps off the table without any cleaning solution before seating us. We waited for 40 minutes for our mains to arrive, also without prior warning for the long wait. Grab orders were faster, seemingly to avoid clashes with the more aggressive Grab riders. Even so, one of the Grab riders was also not attended to for a while despite standing in front of the manager, who was preoccupied with the machine at the counter, until he walked directly into the restaurant to ask for his order. Also, over the 40 minutes, we saw two groups of diners walk away without eating, seemingly unable to order certain food items they wanted. The food was okay, though. We were just very disappointed with the service (or lack of it) and the extremely long wait. Definitely not worth the service charge and our time.

The food was average. I have a huge doubt about the cleanliness of this restaurant. The bottom of the glass was not cleaned properly, as you can see in the picture. We were there for a late lunch, and it was less crowded. We were seated in the outdoor area, and none of the staff came to take our order for a long time. There was no call button on the tables, so we had to go inside and ask them to take our order. I believe that if call buttons are not provided, it's the staff's duty to check on customers seated outdoors.

We initially planned to visit Coney Island, but due to the rain, we ended up at Fish & Co. for a meal. We ordered a plate of Signature buffalo drumlets, New York Fish & Chips, and a Seafood Platter, accompanied by coffee and cappuccino. While the coffee was aromatic and well-prepared, we were unsure if the food had been left sitting before being served, as it arrived cold. It would have been perfect if served warm. Otherwise, it would have been a five-star experience.

We were quickly given seats on Saturday before 5:30 pm (not yet the dinner crowd). The manager was able to explain the differences between the various fish and chips options. We were also able to get separate sauces and no salt for the fries. The fries were really nice and crispy, complementing the fish well. A new male Indian staff member (with a nametag) was very polite and nice, checking on our order. Of the many fish and chips places, this is one of the best we've had lately.

Delectable Western-style seafood with tasty fish and chips. They have yummy sauces like their peri-peri and lemon butter sauce. They used to have a large variety of seafood platters, but now the selection is quite limited. Still love their garlic lemon butter mussels. Hope they come out with something different or seasonal offerings once in a while.

Donkey and I had a lovely late dinner at Fish & Co. after a day of shopping at Punggol Waterway Point. We were greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff, who seated us comfortably in the restaurant. I was struggling to decide what to order, so Donkey recommended the seafood platter for two. The staff even suggested the seafood platter for one, explaining that it would be enough for both of us if we weren't big eaters. They also recommended we get the soup and drink set for $7.50, explaining that the soup alone would cost $6.50 without a drink, which we initially planned to get. They mentioned the bundle was a better value. The wait time for the seafood platter was around 10-15 minutes, and when it arrived, it was beautifully presented. The seafood was fresh, and the rice was so flavorful. Donkey and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and had a fantastic dining experience. During our meal, Donkey realized his portable charger was completely flat. The staff saw his dilemma and offered to charge it for him while we dined! This was truly excellent service, and we were so happy with the care we received. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Fish & Co. The food was delicious, the service was amazing, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying and enjoyable dining experience.
