I thought this place looked interesting. The American beef pie caught my attention. However, the filling was disappointing because it was mostly fillers (vegetables). The onde ondeh donut was interesting, but it's not any better than the usual onde ondeh.

The dessert was okay, except for the kunafa. This is my third time buying from them, and the cheese is ALWAYS hard and almost sour. Most likely, they kept the kunafa for more than 5 days. All three times, I asked them to heat it up, and I ate it the moment I left the shop.

I placed an order via Grab for self-collection of a birthday cake (Nutella Cake). During the cake cutting, the birthday girl had a hard time cutting the cake with the plastic knife provided and ended up settling for a kitchen knife. However, we were still unable to cut the cake, and to our horror, we discovered that the cake filling (Nutella) was frozen. Worse, the filling was not spread evenly throughout the cake as it should be, but instead was just a thick chunk of hard, frozen Nutella in the middle. This is definitely not what we expected for a cake. It's ridiculous to serve customers with such a low-quality product. This whole episode spoilt our celebration and we felt sorry for the birthday girl. So disappointed with Fitri Creation. I have been a regular customer all these years, supporting both their outlets. After encountering this issue, I'm not sure if I will patronise them again. Staff from Fitri Creation contacted me back within an hour, and I am certainly impressed by their service recovery. An explanation was given, and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. They eventually sent over a new cake for the birthday girl, which made her day since it was her birthday. Thank you for making it up to the birthday girl. Hence, I will be editing this review.

The best bakes in town, hands down! Friendly staff and their bakes are damn good! Especially now with more viral bakes, their standard is up to par! Praying they will expand as Sembawang might be a bit difficult to travel to as I stay far, hehe! Thank you Fitri Creations! May Allah bless your business!

I love that this bakery is close to home, making it easy to pop by and grab a box of delicious cupcakes for my guests (or rather, for myself!). The selection of cupcakes is vast; you will definitely find something for everyone! I was really surprised that the bakery also sells packs of keropok, with the prawn and fish crackers being the most favourite among my guests! I have yet to try the other bakery items, but I will definitely come back to try them! I finally managed to try the Ondeh Ondeh cupcake, and it was good! The cupcakes stayed moist and soft even after I put them in the fridge overnight. Loved it! Bought a last-minute birthday cake: Red Velvet and Nutella. The cake was so delicious! The Nutella spread in the cake was so generous, and I love the other layer of Red Velvet so much!
