Their so-called hot and spicy tofu soup is horrible beyond words. It has zero spice; they should have called it tomato soup. You can see it's so diluted and watery. This is at the kopitiam at the Paya Lebar branch, but I suspect all outlets are inconsistent in their food quality.

I bought the yakitori and teriyaki chicken bento. The teriyaki chicken was overcooked and too hard to chew. My jaw was literally tired from chewing this hardened chicken. It seems like they used yesterday's chicken and re-fried it a couple of times. This is too much; I already accepted the last few times that the chicken was hard, but I gave them a chance and was hoping to get the tender chicken that I've once had from their stall. This is my fourth time encountering this poor standard. The yakitori sticks were also really bad. They tasted like they were going to be stale.
