I recently ordered via Grab, and it was the worst experience I've had at a KFC. The nuggets were cold and hard, making them almost inedible. The coleslaw was bland and had an odd taste. The burger bun was below standard, and the chicken inside was dry, hard, and also cold. Overall, I was really disappointed with the quality of the food. I won't be returning anytime soon.

I wish I could give 0 stars, but sadly, it isn't possible. This place may have completely ruined my life. I ate here on May 29 and possibly contracted the worst case of food poisoning. I ordered a mashed potato bowl, 1 piece of chicken, and plain water from their paper cup.
I underwent stool tests and was diagnosed with two infections: E. coli EPEC and Shigella, which can be found in fecal matter and contaminated water. After antibiotic treatment, I am still experiencing nonstop abdominal pain, chest pain, and extreme bloating.
I am awaiting my endoscopy biopsy results and hope this nightmare will end. My initial diagnosis is Post-Infectious Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Gastritis, and GERD.
Either the staff did not wash their hands after using the restroom, or there is a case of poor hygiene practices. In any case, I shall never eat at this place again. Thank you for ruining my life.

Purchased 5 pieces of fried chicken for $17 on 29/9 at around 4:30 PM. Ate them around 5:30 PM, and the chicken meat was dry and tasted like it had been fried more than once. We tried 3 pieces, and all 3 tasted the same poor quality, so we threw away the remaining 2 pieces. Disappointed that KFC provided such a sub-standard product. Most likely, I won't visit KFC anymore and will encourage my friends and family members to avoid patronizing the restaurant. Really disappointed.

Ever since I got food poisoning from your food, life has been a never-ending nightmare. The infection led to chronic gastritis, metaplasia, and bloating.

As the war of Singapore's Chilli Crab Fast Food war rages on, a new contender joins the fray today.
As the war of Singapore's Chilli Crab Fast Food rages on, a new contender joins the fray today. KFC brings its own rendition of a chilli crab (CC) sauced Zinger sandwiched by actual fried mantous. Having tried McDonald's and LJS, the CC here is definitely above the watered-down excuse from the golden arches, but I think LJS has the edge over it in terms of heat and taste. The mantou burger itself also loses out to LJS just by a bit; the LJS mantou was crispier and tasted sweeter – not going to mention the McDonald's limp buns. As for the overall bite, I felt the chicken patty from LJS was a lot more manageable. Take a bite, and the chicken came off together with the bun cleanly. KFC's Zinger patty, on the other hand, had huge chunks, to the point I was basically left with the mantou and no more patty. Perhaps the Original Recipe patty would have been a better choice? I was surprised, though, that my set meal came with a tub of chilli crab sauce. This was one aspect where it bested LJS, as it allowed me to drench the burger, my fries, and my one piece Original Recipe drumstick in the CC sauce. Pretty good if you only tried the McDonald's version, but if you've had LJS before, you can skip this.
