I wanted to order just two meals from Subway. Guess what? I had to wait 15-30 minutes at a fast-food store. And this is supposed to be fast food quality. Only one person working the entire Subway bar? Yes, I understand there was a huge order line-up before me, but the management should handle this better. Fried rice cooked at home is definitely faster.

Probably the worst service and food from a Subway franchise. I visited for dinner on August 1st. When we wanted to order, the staff seemed unsure of what they were supposed to do and how to use disposable gloves. While it took them five minutes to cut a bread and put turkey meat on it, it took another five minutes to remove the bread from the oven and actually add vegetables, all while chatting and creating a queue at the cashier for customers who hadn't ordered yet. The staff member at the cash register was not wearing proper attire (no apron) and was placing his phone onto the wrapper that the food would be wrapped in. At one point, his stomach actually rubbed against the wrapper, and the sandwich was wrapped with it. He was also struggling to use disposable gloves and needed another staff member to show him how. Meanwhile, the line at the cash register kept growing instead of progressing from the bread selection stage. We told him we wanted to dine in, but he promptly wrapped our food in takeaway plastic, assuming we were leaving. He didn't inform us that the drink machine was broken until we were about to pay, and bottled drinks were the only option. He didn't mention the upcharge for bottled drinks despite the drink machine being broken and just charged us blindly. To top it all off, a baby cockroach was running around the cash register, and he completely ignored it. Additionally, there was a hair in my sandwich. I refused another sandwich and rejected the cookies and drinks. I hope the staff threw away the cookies instead of putting them back for selection. SFA has been notified.

Low standard. Staff should get more training. I bought the Avo chicken salad and was given only 5-6 small pieces of chicken. This costs over $10, unlike bread items, so why did I receive less chicken than from other outlets? Such a waste of money.

A little cramped, with around 8 tables available. The food taste is slightly lower than the usual Subway standard; it's okay, but the service can be significantly improved. The amount of sauce and vegetables added is less than at other Subways (e.g., Mount Alvernia). The female staff member was very curt, rude, and unfriendly. The mac and cheese could also be improved in terms of taste and consistency. Overall, I may not return.

She was very greedy and didn't add the ingredients correctly. She mistakenly charged me an extra $25 and then returned it from the cashier. What the hell is wrong with this lady? She needs to be smarter for the boss, I got that point. This is not the first time; it has happened many times. One day there was a young boy, maybe Indian, not sure. He looked very tired, I could see it from his face. Of course, he must be tired as he was the only person in the outlet and the cooks were not cooking properly. Please take action on this, management.
