I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order. There was a group of army boys eating, and I gave the benefit of the doubt that the person serving at the counter was busy. However, it would have been nice to at least be acknowledged or be given an estimated time for when my order would be taken. There was no attempt to talk to me, just busy serving other customers. This isn't the first time I've experienced that kind of treatment from this establishment. Please have at least two people working at the counter at all times, one taking orders and the other preparing the food. Alternatively, please train your staff to at least communicate how long the wait will be instead of letting customers stand there feeling ignored.

I've visited this KFC outlet at Gek Poh a couple of times recently, and unfortunately, the air-conditioning has been down for at least two weeks now. It's really uncomfortable for customers dining in, especially in Singapore's weather, and I can't imagine how tough it must be for the staff working in such heat. There are only two small portable fans in the whole outlet, which hardly make a difference.
I hope the management is already working on a fix, because this shouldn't be a long-term situation. I really enjoy the food, but dining in becomes unpleasant under these conditions. It would be great if this could be addressed soon, both for the comfort of your customers and the well-being of your team.

I ordered the meal which included mango juice but they said out of stock never lock their system ..a
I ordered a meal that included mango juice, but they said it was out of stock and hadn't updated their system. They directly gave me Milo as a replacement. I'm really disappointed because Milo is something I can make myself at home, which is not what I wanted. I called the outlet management to settle this on 08/08/22, and there has been no resolution for me yet.
