The queue was extremely long, and there was only one elderly lady manning the counter. I used the app to order and waited a very long time because no one was preparing the orders. The restaurant was in an utter state of mess, with no one cleaning up. The cheese fries barely had any cheese on them. What is going on? The chicken was also of really bad quality, with dark-coloured meat and dark spots. While I understand it might be part of the chicken, the presentation was generally poor. They should get better quality chicken.

The worst customer service and delivery. Two chicken burgers were missing from the cereal chicken combo we ordered. These two hamburgers were overlooked. We contacted KFC @ home team NS Bukit Batok about the missing burgers, and they replied they hadn't picked them up until 9:50 p.m. After that, we kept calling, but nobody answered as the store closes at 10 p.m. In reality, my entire family was utterly let down.

We waited an additional 5 minutes and was assured it would "be out now". All in all, a 20-minute wait for a single zinger burger, not even a meal.
