Pretty full on a Sunday at 10 AM. The prata is $5.50, which is a bit expensive. The taste is okay. The prata is cooked by oven.
Service is rather slow. It's not like other places such as Heavenly Wang or Ya Kun, which have a systematic, mass-production-line approach.

I ordered the Chicken Peanut Congee Set at 10:41 am on a Thursday morning. I asked if the Mee Tai Mak Dry Noodles were ready, and the staff claimed they were sold out. So, I proceeded to purchase the congee, which I expected to be thick (there's a difference between porridge and congee, by the way). When I received my "congee," I saw the staff add hot water because it wasn't sufficient to fill it to 3/4. They then dipped the fried dough in the hot water, making it soggy. It was disgusting, and I spent $6.20 for this unappetizing meal. It's not my first time experiencing bad service and long waiting times.
Do not come to this brunch; the service is horrible, and the meal is disgusting. Come at your own risk.

5 stars for the tea, coffee, ayam bakar, and ayam lemak. The rice is rich and aromatic, the chicken is tender, and the sauce is tasty. The ikan bilis on the side is crunchy and light, not oily.
4 stars for the mee siam and mee rebus. The highlight of the mee rebus dish was the bergedil, while the highlight of the mee siam was the freshness of the prawns.
Prices have been raised. The new sets are expensive, with cake that always seems to be dry and inedible. The standard of coffee and tea has dropped tremendously; they are very diluted. The coffee bun is hit or miss, sometimes toasted nicely while other times barely warmed up.

Went to Heavenly Wang on a public holiday. It looked like they were handling a lot of delivery orders, but only three walk-in customers were in the queue—I was number two. The staff taking orders was very impatient. I just wanted to confirm if the laksa came with yellow noodles, but he kept cutting me off, repeatedly asking “Side dish? Side dish? Side dish?” without actually answering my question. It felt like he just wanted to rush through the order and not listen.
There were two menus, and I needed to order from both, including a few sets. However, there was no time to decide properly due to the pressure. After ordering, drinks were ready in 10-15 minutes, but no one called out the numbers; they were just left there. Food orders were called out, though, so their system is inconsistent.
The food tastes good, but the staff definitely need more training. Compared to BreadTalk, this place lacks friendliness and a clear process. Also, my laksa didn’t come with yellow noodles in the end—I wish they had just answered my question properly. However, what was most irritating was the couple of flies hovering around.

This spot, situated near the hometeamNS building, is ideal for a classic coffee and hangout experience. However, the coffee, dispensed by a machine, lacks the richness of traditionally handcrafted brews and tends to be on the diluted side. Service varies; some staff members are more experienced and efficient than others. Despite placing an order without butter, our request was acknowledged but not fulfilled, as the item was ultimately still served with butter. Fortunately, the diverse food options and decent quality redeem the overall experience.
