Ridiculous service. We waited one hour for a simple meal. The manager in black, Rex, did not even take charge. Customer orders were mixed up, with many asking for missing items. The kitchen system was inefficient as staff at the back could barely hear what the orders were. New orders were coming in without clearing the old ones. Rex was busy asking customers to wait without much action, seemingly focusing solely on Grab orders. When asked about our orders, he impatiently asked us to wait, even though we had already waited for so long. The management should review this inefficiency and perhaps the staff should undergo some training.

I purposely went to Hougang 1 today to grab some KFC, but it was closed for renovation. Why didn't this KFC branch update its status to 'temporarily closed' on Google Maps? The wall says it will reopen in early July, but it's still closed today, July 2nd. I wasted my trip going down there. KFC management, please update your branch's open/close status in a timely manner.

I've always liked KFC for their delicious chicken—it's consistently tasty and satisfying. However, this particular outlet could really use some improvement in service efficiency. With only one cashier counter for ordering, it results in a long queue, especially during peak hours. Other outlets usually have self-ordering kiosks that help speed things up, so it's a bit disappointing not to see them here. I hope they consider upgrading soon!
