Ridiculous service. We waited one hour for a simple meal. The manager in black, Rex, did not even take charge. Customer orders were mixed up, with many asking for missing items. The kitchen system was inefficient as staff at the back could barely hear the orders. New orders were coming in without clearing the old ones. Rex was busy asking customers to wait without much action, seeming to focus solely on Grab orders. When asked about our orders, he impatiently told us to wait, even though we had already waited for so long. The management should review this inefficiency and perhaps the staff should undergo some training.

Don't even deserve a star. My wife previously ordered from here and had an issue. I thought it would be a one-time mistake. Apparently, it happened again. I ordered the American Twister, but inside was just egg and hash brown. I called the store once and they didn't pick up. I decided not to call anymore because surely they wouldn't answer.
I went to the store when it happened back then, and the manager just brushed it off by saying, “I did not hear, maybe it was a connection problem. So what is the order that is missing, I’ll get for you.” The management has to wake up. It's getting bad to worse.

Please don't advertise the portion as large when consumers receive the food and it's so different from the picture on the delivery app. I understand if it doesn't look exactly the same, but this is so different and contrasting. With only one cashier counter for ordering, it results in a long queue, especially during peak hours. Other outlets usually have self-ordering kiosks that help speed things up, so it's a bit disappointing not to see them here. I hope they consider upgrading soon!
