Worst KFC in Singapore. Ordered through the app at 8:27 PM, and it stated my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I finally collected my order at 9:27 PM, after repeatedly pestering the service crew. The crew kept saying she was "preparing" it. I also ordered the mala chicken. When I asked for the second time at 9:00 PM, she said there was no mala!?! I asked again at 9:13 PM, and then they started preparing it??? They replaced my popcorn chicken with cheese fries without even informing me. Please, at least have the courtesy to let us know the estimated time instead of saying you're preparing our order when you're actually preparing others. The manager shouldn't be managing if she can't multitask. Popcorn chicken and whip potato were missing. Worst service ever, it should be named "slow food". Also, take a look at how they just put the nuggets there. Disappointing. Don't go!!

Seldom come here but decided to pay them a visit yesterday as my mum wanted KFC. The moment we arrived and wanted to order, we were told by an Indian guy standing at the counter to order using the machine instead, and he proceeded to walk off. My question is, what if it's an elderly person who has no technology knowledge? How are they going to order? Didn't know KFC no longer takes orders manually. We ended up not finishing the food as it didn't taste fresh. When I asked if we could pack the food, a woman gave a dirty look and pretended not to hear me until I repeated myself. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and asked the Indian guy to give me the box for takeaway and a plastic bag. No eye contact, nothing, just threw the box on the counter. Worst service ever. Don't recommend people to come to this outlet.

Too bad there's no 0-star rating. We ordered on the app for dine-in and waited for almost 15-20 minutes without our order being called. We checked the screen in between, and it said 'still in progress.' By the time my daughter was really hungry, we decided to go and ask. To our shock, a staff member 'scolded' my husband with an angry face, saying they had called many times. As mentioned, we ordered for dine-in, yet our food was packed in takeaway plastic bags. The cramped place was filled with people and loud music, and the screen was still showing our food under preparation. How on earth would I go and ask, 'Is this takeaway food my order??'
The basin uses an auto tap, but with a tiny water flow, and the height isn't kid-friendly. I had to carry my daughter in the cramped space to wash her hands with the small amount of water.
While eating halfway, the air conditioning kept dripping water on my back.
I ordered coleslaw twice. The second order came completely plain, without sauce. Different standards.

15th Aug 2025, around 5:30 PM. I dislike using the self-order screen. However, this staff member, Brien Chia, was very attentive. He walked over immediately upon seeing us standing at the cashier counter. He was not only friendly and courteous but also very knowledgeable about the menu and promotions. This trip was the happiest amongst all my visits there, which is why I decided to write this review.
