This is my second time here. The first time, servers at each food station served us, much like an economy rice stall. The selection was poor then, but at least I had my satays and tahu telur. This time, the selection is better, but it's missing satays and tahu telur, which I thought were great representations of Indonesian food. There was also no beef rendang, mee goreng, or nasi goreng. The Good: Mee Siam (dry/soup), durian purée, sweet & sour seafood soup. The Bad: Roast chicken & grilled beef were both dry and tough. Bubur cha cha was lumpy and starchy. Gado gado had no eggs or tahu, and the peanut in the sauce was too coarse. Please also note that the water bottles on the tables are not free. The price tag is only on one bottle, and you might not notice it until it's too late. Overall, the spread was just okay, and it really depends on what you choose to eat. Some dishes were great, but others were subpar, and of course, some were "missing in action". LOL.

The choice of meat is good, but the portion size is too huge. Customer service is poor. The female cashier never smiles or greets, except for the manager. From the moment you step into the restaurant, everything is self-service. Table assignment is very poor, and there's a shortage of cutlery sets. No dessert fork or plate.

First time eating at Kintamani. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always with a smile. We were very grateful to them! Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. We came to celebrate my mother's birthday, but most of the items listed on the menu were unavailable. Those that were available were still disappointing. The seafood had been left out for a while, so nothing was fresh, and the salmon sashimi was warm with an off-putting smell. The snow crab wasn't fresh, and even the black pepper crab was disappointing. I thought at least the fried food might be better, but even the fried dory, which looked promising, was extremely hard and chewy. The carving station with ikan bakar and roasted duck breast was plated with wilted vegetables. The duck was especially tough. The coffee machine wasn't working. Desserts were alright, but mediocre at best. There are better buffets for this price.

Went during a weekday lunch. There was no queue. The variety of food is limited, and most of it tasted average. However, considering the price we paid, it's considered not bad. Using the Eatigo app to reserve gets you a 50% discount.

First time trying this Indonesian lunch buffet restaurant. Couldn't give 4 stars because the mee soup was cold, not really hot. The fried dumplings were not crispy. I think the chef cooked and prepared the food quite early before the buffet started. The platter of fruits was soggy, likely prepared the day before, so not really fresh. Overall, it was a good dining experience.

The restaurant is located on level 3 of the Furama Riverfront hotel (NOT Furama City Centre). The restaurant setup is simple, but the food served is generally delicious. There is quite a wide variety of Indonesian dishes available. I particularly found the Mutton Rendang and Ikan Bakar delicious. The seating is a bit tight but still acceptable. The price is reasonable and comparable to similar buffet meals.

Serves pretty good Indonesian food, with a variety of Indonesian mains to try, as well as a spread of kuehs and desserts. I loved the rendangs; they were well-cooked and not overly spicy, and the meats were tender. I appreciated the variety of proteins among the savoury dishes, such as chicken, beef, lamb, and prawns, which is great as some in our group don't eat beef or lamb. Some dishes are rotated throughout the week. On the night I visited, the restaurant was serving gado gado, which you need to 'assemble' yourself. I also used the cubed rice to make lontong by adding some sayur lodeh. What I didn't expect was the seafood on ice. While I wasn't exactly a fan, the rest of my family enjoyed it. For dessert, there was an assortment of kuehs, bubur cha cha, durian pengat, cut fruits, and ice cream. Personally, I liked the Kueh bingka and Kueh lapis, both exuding pandan and coconut fragrance. The service was pretty good, and plates were cleared regularly. The environment was quite cosy and, on the night I was there, pretty relaxed and quiet, with no noisy crowds, as it appeared that half the diners were tourists. Enjoyed my dinner and would like to take my parents there on my next visit.

Had a great time dining here with my family. The food was delicious, with every dish well-prepared and full of flavour. The ambiance was pleasant and made the experience even better. A special mention to Sharlina for her warm hospitality and smooth management; she ensured everything was taken care of without us even having to ask. We really appreciated her attention to detail and friendly approach. Definitely a place worth visiting again.
