I asked for iced teh gao, but they ignored my request and just poured from a general pre-made mix. I would have expected freshly made teh on the spot from a cafe with this price. It didn't taste nice either...

It's very unfortunate ☹️ Ordered my favourite ice kopi and tart set. Almost everywhere has had lovely crusty pastry with a substantially strong, delicious XXL-sized ice coffee. This time, the coffee was great as usual, but the tart was dry and no longer crusty, with a limp, soft base. I brought the plate of tart to the lady behind the counter. She held the plate and said it was all like that, shrugging her shoulders. I have never had such an indifferent response from any staff at Kopi & Tarts before. And the tarts, the product of the shop's namesake, didn't live up to expectations. Disappointed. ☹️

The tarts are single-layered, while the most popular tarts from Oriental Kopi are double-layered, selling 5,000 pieces over weekends. Why doesn't the boss change it? It's not rocket science.

The tarts and puffs look super good. Prices are a little higher than average, but I decided to give it a try. I ordered a few puffs and tarts. The puffs aren’t their strong suit, but their tarts are nice. Staff are friendly as well. I would love to give 5 stars, but unfortunately, the price point did not meet the quality of the food.

First time trying out here. It's just beside the escalator on the Bus Interchange Level. Decent floor plan, can hold about slightly more than 10 pax. Tried the egg tarts & cheese tarts. Both tasted good. Tried their tuna puffs too. For the price, the filling could have been better though.

My first time here at this Kopi & Tarts outlet in Hillion Mall - I had regularly visited the outlet in City Square Mall in the past. Today I ordered a Set A Egg Tart Set with Kopi Siu Dai. As usual, both the egg tart and the kopi at Kopi & Tarts were very good, even though it is priced at $4.50. By the way, this outlet, unlike the one at City Square Mall, did not accept PayWave payments. As for the ambience here, it was a bit cramped and warm if you are seated at the back. As regards the staff here, kudos to them for their courtesy and friendliness in engaging customers.

Delicious food from Kopi & Tarts. Try the coffee, toasts, chicken pie, and tuna pie. We will come again. The staff are nice. The place is a bit small with limited seating.

A casual coffee place, perfect for those looking for jumbo-sized iced coffee, tea, or other drinks to quench your thirst. I didn't get to try the tarts, which are their main dish, but I could smell the aroma from the tarts ordered by other customers from my table. While my service was limited to receiving my order, I witnessed the staff's excellent response to a customer who accidentally spilled their coffee and broke a ceramic cup. The staff swiftly moved the customer to a different seat and efficiently cleaned up the mess, including the broken ceramic. Their prompt and thorough action was truly commendable.

I wanted to come here because every time I walked by, the smell was really good. The Yuan Yang and barley were excellent and absolutely humongous for only $4! I tried the chocolate, cream cheese, and regular egg tarts, and they were all fantastic (my favorite is the chocolate). The staff were very enthusiastic, polite, and easygoing. The atmosphere was also very chill despite it being a small shop! An absolute 10/10, and I will 100% come back to try the muffins next time.
