Limaa operates as a pioneering Muslim-owned cafe at Haji Lane that champions clean, healthy eating while creating a supportive community space for mothers and families seeking nutritious halal dining options. Founded by cousins Aidah Rauf and Zakiah Asmawi in 2017, this innovative establishment combines Instagram-worthy aesthetics with a meaningful social mission of making clean eating accessible while providing employment opportunities and support networks for mothers.

The menu showcases healthy fusion cuisine including Trio Pow with herb chicken, pulled beef, and aioli prawn toppings, beef rendang prepared without artificial enhancers, nutritious spirulina green bowls, and scratch-made aglio olio alongside traditional favorites like laksa goreng and satay goreng. Their commitment to clean eating extends to all salad dressings and sauces made from fresh ingredients without food enhancers or artificial flavoring.

What distinguishes Limaa is their comprehensive approach to community building, featuring a public breastfeeding room, lunch talks with successful mumpreneurs, and retail space for stay-at-home mothers' products. Operating with no GST or service charge while maintaining halal certification, Limaa represents the successful integration of healthy eating, social responsibility, and authentic flavors that creates meaningful dining experiences beyond just serving food, establishing them as a unique cultural anchor in the Haji Lane creative district.

A hidden little shop on the second floor of an old shopping center called Golden Landmark. We went for breakfast and were really happy with the food we ordered: Limaa Deluxe, Kacang Pool, and Shakshuka, which was my first time trying this dish.

I came here after seeing the many good reviews, so I had fairly high expectations. Unfortunately, I was a little disappointed with my order — the creamy sausage pasta turned out quite watery and not as flavorful as I'd hoped.

Please bear with the pictures of half-eaten food. I love their chicken and the platter; the meat is so juicy. However, the drinks are all so-so. The pomegranate mixed juice is a bit bland, and the mango in the smoothie is too sour for my liking. Overall, recommended!

Absolute hidden gem! Even my picky wife said 10 out of 10! We had a stressful morning after getting on the wrong bus and just needed to find somewhere to eat. Once we arrived, we immediately felt better. Firstly, the staff were so very helpful and kind, explaining items on the menu that we, as Westerners, didn't know. The drinks were delicious and beautifully presented. We ordered some local dishes as advised: Kacang Phool and Rosti. Both were amazing dishes, completely polished off, with a little space left for a salted caramel brownie at the end. Fully recommend finding this place; it will make your day.

I truly appreciate that this place is eco-friendly and that they have the nicest team. However, I had a hard time using the lemongrass stick as a straw. I literally had to gulp my smoothie, which isn't a big deal, but I just felt I looked very awkward trying to suck out the smoothie through that straw.

Located on the second floor of a shopping center, we didn't expect this hidden gem. We came here originally for the delicious lemonades, but ended up having some light lunch as well. Expect a quite long waiting time, but the food and drinks were well prepared. Prices are very fair.

The place was quaint. Went there for weekday brunch so it wasn't too crowded. It might be a bit cramped if it's a full house, though. Food was delicious, and the portions were also generous. I really loved the orange juice. Would recommend to my friends.
