The service was very bad. My mom came yesterday to buy something, but no one attended to her. The staff saw her but ignored her. This is unacceptable. I believe we're not the only ones who have encountered this kind of attitude from your staff. How can you just walk away when you see a customer waiting at the counter?

Sorry, but the $2.50 chendol wasn't good at all. What's worse is that take-away costs an extra 50 cents, which is shocking. This means it's $3.00 for the cup of chendol. Even food courts with air conditioning and much higher overheads don't charge like this. It's a rip-off!
