It used to be good. Freshly fried with crispy, fragrant skin and tender meat. However, they now fry the chicken first and leave it on racks. When you order, they re-fry it again. This allows them to fulfill orders faster, but you end up with burnt chicken that tastes bitter. I feel they compromise their quality just to finish orders quicker. So, it's no longer good.

I just ordered the half spring chicken with rice from the Bukit Gombak outlet and was so disappointed the chicken was not well cooked. This isn't the first time I've ordered though.
