The chicken chop and tomato spaghetti is very spicy. It's surprising how spicy chicken chop and tomato spaghetti can be, to the point where children cannot eat it. I asked the staff, and they replied that it's non-spicy.

The rice is tasteless. The chicken wing is neither juicy nor tasty. The coleslaw serving is extremely small and packed in a chilli bag. For $4.50, it is cheaper compared to other coffee shops. However, I won't eat here again.

Awful and terrible food. The BBQ chicken tasted weird, and the rice had no taste and was soggy. The coleslaw was put in the bag like dog food.

Ordered half BBQ chicken for pickup. When I arrived for pickup, no one said anything. Arrived home to find it was normal fried chicken. I returned to change the wrong order. They said, "No BBQ." Let me teach you a bit about customer service. If for some reason the Grab app can't indicate that there's no more BBQ chicken, at least when the customer collects, say, "Sorry, we ran out of BBQ, is normal fried chicken okay?" At least the customer won't have to go back again, which is a waste of time. Anyway, I think this is normal everywhere.

Fast service and the chicken leg rice was huge. Much better portion than KFC. The marinade and taste were okay, not mind-blowing.

Good food, but service-wise... speechless. I don't think it can be improved because I've been there ordering my takeaway, and sadly, the service has always been bad. As the saying goes, a leopard will never change its spots. And to the lady at the cash register, I'll avoid you when placing my orders and rather walk to the other store to order.

Lots of low-star reviews, so I'm here to give 5 stars and my honest opinion. I grew up eating from this store for nearly 15 years. This store is the best for its chicken wing rice and it has never disappointed. Yes, there are times they get it wrong, and yes, it might not have the best service. But it's simple: don't expect anything but old-school hawker, low-tier customer service. Cash payment is the easiest. Simple. This is the busiest store in 888 Plaza because they serve good food and they don't care about your reviews.
