Don't be fooled here. The portions are pricey and the flavours are bland. You'd be better off cooking at home.
The fish was thinly sliced and not grilled, with a very unpleasant smell, suggesting it was frozen.
The pasta was drenched in oil, with only a few cubes of duck. The mushroom soup tasted like it came from a tin.
For the price, I think other Western hawker fare tastes better.
Just go and check out the other stalls I've tried before.

The food isn't too bad for the price, but the staff at the counter is very, very rude. They heard my order wrongly, and when I couldn't finish my food and asked to dabao (takeaway), they gave me a black face. There isn't much orderliness when queuing up to order food, and I had to wait a while for staff to take my order. Their attitude was as if the whole world owed them money. Unprofessional and rude service overall. Please up your standards, or I won't eat from this stall again.

I was there with my family in front of the Tenderbest stall at around 10 pm, looking at the menus on the lighted displays. We got our orders and went to the counter to order but was told sarcastically by the cashier that the stall was already closed at 10 pm. When I questioned her why there was no 'CLOSED' sign on the stall, she said, "We close daily at 10 pm." When I asked her why she did not acknowledge us when she clearly saw us in front of her face looking at those menu displays, she said, "I'm busy with doing the cashiering, do you have any problem with me now?" I was totally shocked by her character and rude response to customers like us. I am a regular here, not particularly at this Tenderbest stall, but at other stalls in this same outlet. It's my first time with my family at this stall. Then, a Malay lady came from the drinks stall to ask if I needed any assistance, and I told her the whole issue. She apologized on behalf of the stall, but I told her not to, as it wasn't her fault. I am just not happy with the Tenderbest 'cashier' with her response and attitude towards us as customers. She even told us that "we do not have any signages to display that we are closed." So, are you telling me that your stall was all lit up, and there were no 'signages' or 'notes' to show us that your stall was already closed for the day? My family and I are very disappointed and unhappy with her lack of manners and visible rudeness with her tonality and character. I will submit further feedback regarding this incident. I would like you to look further into this matter and also with the said rude staff working in this Tenderbest stall at Kedaikopi 925 Yishun Central 1. I have taken a photo of the said staff with a clearly lighted stall without any 'closed for business' signages anywhere on the stall.

The staff was incredibly rude. One of them was shouting at a Malay uncle before me, repeatedly asking if he had any other orders. Then, when it was my turn, I ordered my food and paid. He said something I didn't hear clearly, and when I asked "huh?", he shouted back extremely loudly, "I'M NOT TALKING TO YOU!!!". The food was okay, but their staff really needs training on their manners.

The appearance of the food is already so amazing, and the taste itself really doesn't disappoint. It's top-tier, in my opinion. Definitely worth remembering and coming back to!

Great portion with freshly fried chicken and hot, piping rice. The coconut rice could be better, as there are only hints of coconut taste. The rest is good enough to be called a decent nasi lemak. As I came around 10:30 am and the weather was quite hot, the seating area was quite breezy due to the number of fans installed. Will come again to try other food.
