The food isn't too bad for the price, but the staff at the counter is very, very rude. They heard my order wrongly, and when I couldn't finish my food and asked to dabao (takeaway), they gave me a black face. There isn't much orderliness when queuing up to order food, and I had to wait a while for staff to take my order. Their attitude was as if the whole world owed them money. Unprofessional and rude service overall. Please up your standards, or I won't eat from this stall again.

Worse customer service ever. I placed an order for just two packets of Fried Wing Rice at 9:45 pm and paid $8. I waited in front of the stall. Other customers who ordered after me received and collected their meals within 3-5 minutes. However, by 10:07 pm, they still hadn't called my order. I approached them to ask about my paid order. One of the staff said the stall was closed. I informed him that I had already paid for my order, and he then handed me the packets that had been prepared 10-15 minutes prior. He simply said sorry without acknowledging me and continued with closing the cash counter. The worst Tenderbest staff I have ever encountered!

They only accept cash, which is a very outdated payment method. I wanted to order through Grab pickup since they only take cash, but their garlic bread is sold out 24/7 on their Grab platform. However, you can order it directly from the store. It's ridiculous. The staff service was also horrible when I asked why.

This Tenderbest stall at Taman Jurong has never failed to make me happy!
I returned to Taman Jurong, this familiar coffeeshop, after almost a year of moving to Jurong West.
I'm happy to see that Tenderbest is still here with a modern and trendy look after so long since I left this place.
The fried chicken wings and the spring chicken set were my favourites, as I think the food here is probably one of the best Tenderbest outlets I've tried.
The chicken is crispy outside but tender and juicy inside! The aroma and taste of the rice, coleslaw, and chilli sauce are perfect, and the staff here are quick in their service and very friendly!
Please do drop by and taste the fried chicken and other fishes from this stall!
