I went here because I needed my food quick, and they certainly delivered on that front. However, the food was surprisingly bland for McDonald's. My chicken nuggets didn't taste as good as the ones I'm used to, and the same goes for their fries.

We went for the Minecraft toy Happy Meal. After looking and asking if it was available, we were told it was sold out. However, we then saw a large collection of the toys sitting under the counter, and multiple being handed out to kids younger than us. We asked again and were lied to for the second time, being told they had no more even though I could literally see them behind the worker. I am thoroughly disappointed as it seemed they were denying us this service due to our age, even though we were paying customers (and are still below 18 years of age).

If you've noticed, McDonald's here is much more expensive than elsewhere. For example, the chicken ham wrap is $6.3 at other McDonald's but $7.3 here. Nuff said.

This muffin was a takeaway order, and when I opened it back at home, I was soooo angry! If the bread is burnt, you should not sell it to customers! It's even worse to sell it as a takeaway because they won't come back to change it! Plus, last time the egg muffin was given to me without egg. Lots of mistakes at this branch.

The first instant I walked in, I smelled feces. It was very strong. Please take action on this pressing situation. Also, add doors on the entrance to prevent cold air from escaping, because it was quite warm.

Ideal location for a casual dine-in if you are staying along Grange Road or Bideford Road I wasn't even hungry as I had just had dinner elsewhere, but that $5 promo meal had me tapping to order The atmosphere was inviting, like most McDonald's, and suitable for solo diners or those with friends alike.

I had a really pleasant experience thanks to Huiling, one of the staff at McDonald's. She was very polite when delivering my meal and even made sure my drink was placed properly. While I was eating, I noticed she was constantly busy and working very diligently. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and courteous service—it really made my day. Thank you, Huiling!

Best McDonald's Burgers! But the waiting time is seriously long. Ordering a drink and ice cream sundae takes forever to be served. 🤦♂️
