Ministry of Rojak is an innovative halal restaurant that has revolutionized Singapore's traditional rojak scene by introducing the first-ever 'Rojak Fondue' platter, transforming the beloved local dish into an interactive dining experience where customers can dip various fried items into their famous sweet potato sauce. Specializing in Singaporean Indian heritage cuisine, this establishment combines traditional flavors with creative presentation concepts that have attracted over 4,300 Facebook followers and established them as a unique player in Singapore's competitive halal dining market.
Their menu extends beyond their signature rojak fondue to include classic comfort foods like aromatic Nasi Goreng and Mee Goreng prepared with authentic spice blends, tender Mutton Chop, and a comprehensive selection of fried items including fish fillet, fish cakes, paru (cow lungs), potatoes, hotdogs, and fried bread with egg, all served with their acclaimed peanut sauce that customers describe as 'totally a bomb' with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors.
With multiple locations including an outlet at Northpoint Shopping Centre, Ministry of Rojak caters to both traditional rojak enthusiasts and adventurous diners seeking innovative twists on classic Singaporean street food. Their halal certification ensures accessibility for Muslim families, while their catering services extend their reach to events and gatherings, making them a versatile choice for those wanting to experience reimagined local flavors that honor Singapore's Indian Muslim culinary heritage while embracing modern dining concepts.

A measly portion for something worth $28. Overhyped and overrated. They only provided two small containers for sauce. The standard cucumber and onion were also nowhere to be found, with only a handful of them, literally a handful. Buyer beware, if you want to waste money, there are other places with larger portions that offer cheaper and similar quality.

I ordered the vegetarian mee goreng and found the taste wasn't as I expected from an Indian Muslim stall. The noodles were too dry; I prefer slightly oily mee goreng. The mee goreng found at Yishun hawker centre is much better.

Second visit – this stall is self-service. The rojak tastes nice and fresh, but the pricing is a bit on the high end. The teh tarik was good. As there is limited seating, it's quite hard to find a table during peak hours, but you are allowed to sit at the food court seating area.

Popular but frustratingly slow. Simply because they only start to queue the ordered item for frying when the rider arrives. Yes, queue behind all the other in-stall orders at the store, even though your order came in 20-30 minutes ago. So be prepared to wait more than an hour easily during peak hours.

This place is always packed with hungry diners. However, the quality and taste can be rather inconsistent. I ordered their bee hoon goreng twice. The first time was simply delicious, fried to perfection. Sadly, the second time I ordered it was terrible. It was so salty that I left without touching much of it – a total waste of money. To be fair, the Indian rojak was good. The rojak sauce either makes or breaks the overall satisfaction, and this one was spicy with just the right consistency. I would recommend the Indian rojak. The mee goreng was pretty decent. The kitchen and ordering counter are on one side, while the seating area is across the path where pedestrians walk, making it a little tricky.

There is usually only one stall I patronize for my Indian rojak fix, but it was closed today, so I decided to try Ministry of Rojak (Tampines outlet).
I usually avoid most Indian rojak stalls due to their mass-produced taste and appearance. However, I was intrigued by Ministry of Rojak as they seem to be a specialty store.
Pricing was transparent, and the rojak remained fresh and crispy even after more than an hour. The gravy portion was generous, and the rojak was flavourful. The rojak here has a more rustic texture than the stall I usually patronize and was of good quality.
Will definitely be back again!

Ordered Indian rojak and Nasi goreng ikan bilis.
The rojak tasted almost similar to the original one at Ayer Rajah Food Centre.
The Nasi goreng lacked the "kick" but was still good.
I must say, the service can be improved. Most of the times, they're talking to one another.
