Ministry of Rojak is an innovative halal restaurant that has revolutionized Singapore's traditional rojak scene by introducing the first-ever 'Rojak Fondue' platter, transforming the beloved local dish into an interactive dining experience where customers can dip various fried items into their famous sweet potato sauce. Specializing in Singaporean Indian heritage cuisine, this establishment combines traditional flavors with creative presentation concepts that have attracted over 4,300 Facebook followers and established them as a unique player in Singapore's competitive halal dining market.
Their menu extends beyond their signature rojak fondue to include classic comfort foods like aromatic Nasi Goreng and Mee Goreng prepared with authentic spice blends, tender Mutton Chop, and a comprehensive selection of fried items including fish fillet, fish cakes, paru (cow lungs), potatoes, hotdogs, and fried bread with egg, all served with their acclaimed peanut sauce that customers describe as 'totally a bomb' with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy flavors.
With multiple locations including an outlet at Northpoint Shopping Centre, Ministry of Rojak caters to both traditional rojak enthusiasts and adventurous diners seeking innovative twists on classic Singaporean street food. Their halal certification ensures accessibility for Muslim families, while their catering services extend their reach to events and gatherings, making them a versatile choice for those wanting to experience reimagined local flavors that honor Singapore's Indian Muslim culinary heritage while embracing modern dining concepts.

The fried food was quite good, but the gravy is too watery, causing it to slide off the food rather than complementing it. It would be great if it could be thicker in the future. Thank you!

First time trying this place. Many people said it was nice, so I wanted to try. I was asking about the tulang, and the cashier said it was $18 for 5 pieces. But I hadn't said I wanted it yet. So I nicely said I didn't want the tulang. Then he kept saying, 'I already did, I already did.' I said I hadn't confirmed. Then he said, 'I already did.' Then he gave me a look.

Ordered the rojak set 1 for delivery. They were nice to give us a lot of gravy, cutlery, and even 2 small bowls for individual gravy serving. Items came in a box and looked very presentable. However, we felt the taste didn't quite hit the mark. The tempeh fritter had a weird, perfume-like aromatic. It was impossible to consume. We also found eggshell in the egg fritter. These two issues were enough to put us off. Probably not coming back for a second chance.

Gem eatery found in Century Square. Best Indian Rojak eaten. Perfectly crisp on outside, soft light

A gem of an eatery found in Century Square. This is the best Indian Rojak I've eaten. Perfectly crisp on the outside, with a soft, light flour interior. Ingredients are fresh, and they are generous with the sauce, cucumbers, and onions. Friendly and great customer service. Imran was very professional and sought feedback about the food bought. He took all comments positively with a smile. A great place to explore!

My son ordered breakfast, and it was my first time trying Indian rojak from Ministry of Rojak. I normally go to Mahboob. I must say the rojak from Ministry of Rojak is so good. The gravy is also much better than other places I've tried. You have won me over …
