This establishment functions as part of the family-owned Mirana Cake House business that began operations at Raffles Place in October 1986, expanding from their flagship confectionary and bakery services to include comprehensive food service through Mirana Snack & Catering Services that provides "a one-stop food service concept" combining traditional bakery offerings with diverse cuisine options adapted to meet halal dietary requirements. Mirana Snack's strategic location within Singapore's premier financial district ensures convenient access for the thousands of office workers, business professionals, and international visitors who frequent Raffles Place for banking, commerce, and business activities while requiring convenient access to quality halal food options.

Mirana Snack specializes in diverse halal cuisine offerings that include Muslim/Indonesian dishes, Chinese preparations, and Western cuisine options alongside their traditional bakery products such as cakes, pastries, and confectionary items that demonstrate the establishment's comprehensive approach to serving the multicultural dietary preferences and scheduling needs of Singapore's Central Business District community. The restaurant operates within Singapore's competitive CBD dining environment while maintaining halal certification (contact: 6532 7418) that ensures dietary compliance for Muslim professionals and visitors who require convenient access to religiously appropriate food during their business activities, meetings, and work schedules in Singapore's financial center. The establishment's combination of bakery specialization and comprehensive cuisine offerings creates unique dining experiences that accommodate both quick snack requirements for busy professionals and substantial meal needs for extended business meetings and social gatherings within the CBD environment.

The restaurant's halal certification and central CBD location provide essential dining convenience for Muslim business professionals, office workers, and international visitors who require accessible halal food options during their professional activities in Singapore's financial district, where halal-certified establishments can be limited compared to other Singapore neighborhoods. Mirana Snack's evolution from traditional bakery services to comprehensive food service demonstrates their successful adaptation to the evolving needs of Singapore's diverse business community while maintaining their family-owned heritage and commitment to quality halal food preparation and service standards. The establishment's sustained presence within Raffles Place's competitive business environment for nearly four decades, combined with their diverse cuisine offerings and halal certification, has positioned Mirana Snack as both a practical daily dining solution for CBD professionals and a significant cultural institution that preserves family business traditions while serving Singapore's modern multicultural business community and international visitor requirements for quality halal dining experiences in the heart of Singapore's commercial center.

This place is commonly known for its Thai Cai Png, and the prices here are indeed steep. However, despite the high prices, this does not deter the lunch crowd, as evidenced by the long queues! My dish with beehoon, basil pork, vegetables, and petai cost around $9.

Shocked. Enough to want to submit this Google review immediately on my way back to the office. The price went from $5.50 to $7 for two vegetables and one meat in a very short time! I was so surprised when I went at 12-plus and there was zero queue. Now I know why. No wonder my colleagues are all avoiding this place. Today will be my last day patronising Mirana as well. I recommend everyone go to Golden Shoe instead, which is just a short walk away, where prices remain reasonable at $4 to $6.

Ridiculously overpriced. I haven't had it in a while, but seeing the price jump from $5.50 to $6, and now to $7 today in less than a year is eye-watering. The portions are tiny and highly dependent on the person serving. It's definitely not worth $7 for rice, egg, vegetables, and minced meat.

The food was average, though some dishes were good. I particularly liked the Thai side of the meal.

Extremely expensive ($8 for 1 meat, 1 vegetable, and 1 egg with a noodle base), and there was a snail in my food, as pictured. I went back to ask for a refund, but the lady at the counter was so rude. She tried to downplay the situation and gave me back $5, saying, "because you ate already, right?" with a scowl. I think eating there is more trouble than it's worth, and the food quality has dipped. Do not recommend. I won't go back anymore.

Had a nice, simple breakfast of Egg Fried Rice and coffee (they have a 50¢ promo for every purchase!). Staff was friendly, and the eating place wasn't too crowded around 10 am. Will try their nasi padang one day!

Chance upon this awesome cafe today. They have two serving queues, offering Indonesian and Thai cuisines. Their Thai curry chicken and beef are very fresh, and I love their curry gravy. Very value for money!

The cafe serves cai fan in the Thai style. The food tastes great, but it's pretty pricey. What I ordered cost about $8.20, which is quite expensive for cai fan.
