Mohamed Raihan operates as a well-established Muslim-owned mixed food court stall at Ayer Rajah Food Centre, serving the West Coast community with authentic Indian-Muslim cuisine that has been passed down to the second generation. Specializing in traditional pan-fried foods including their popular nasi goreng kampung and maggi goreng, this stall has earned recognition as one of the most popular establishments in the hawker center, maintaining a loyal neighborhood following.
The menu features signature dishes like Tulang Merah (red bone marrow dish) alongside classic Indian-Muslim preparations that showcase traditional spicing and cooking techniques. Operating with affordable pricing around per meal, Mohamed Raihan caters to the substantial workforce in Singapore's western industrial corridor, providing hearty, satisfying meals that reflect authentic Indian-Muslim culinary heritage adapted for local tastes and busy work schedules.
Located at 503 West Coast Drive, this family-run establishment represents the enduring success of traditional hawker culture, where second-generation operators continue their parents' legacy while adapting to contemporary dining expectations. The stall's bilingual service capabilities and neighborhood reputation demonstrate how successful hawker businesses build lasting community relationships through consistent quality, authentic flavors, and personal service that makes each visit feel like dining at a trusted family establishment.

Super terrible service. We queued for 10 minutes and they kept serving food from another stall. I won't be coming back again.

Finally found a place for hubby to try Tulang Merah, and it tastes great. Service is good as well. The person in the black T-shirt on the left is funny, and the person in the white T-shirt in the middle gave good advice about the food. He can also speak Mandarin.
Definitely will go back again soon.

One of the popular stalls in this hawker center is also my favorite. Originally, the wok was handled by the elder owner, but now, his second generation is in charge, and it's still very popular among the neighborhood, especially for their pan-fried dishes. This is a hidden gem, nestled in an industrial area in the far west, so it's inevitably overlooked. I'm particularly fond of the Muslim stall, now in its second generation, and the food is still excellent.
I particularly love their anchovy fried white bee hoon. Dried, fragrant, soft, tasty, and full of wok hei. Other dishes, like fried yellow noodles or fried rice, are expertly prepared comfort foods. I especially love their fried rice and noodle dishes, such as fried white or red rice noodles. Simple, unpretentious, and deliciously heartwarming.
While they also offer a lot of other interesting foods, I still loved the simplest one. Try it and you'll know that it's different. They do have other dishes, but most people order the noodles and rice dishes, which are very popular with the locals. I wouldn't recommend anything else! I believe this simple dish will satisfy everyone!
