I was queuing to have my order, I saw an old uncle ordered 6 drinks & uncle accidentally spilled one
I was queuing to place my order when I saw an old uncle order six drinks. He accidentally spilled one of his drinks at the counter, and the service staff gave him a frustrated look. I ordered Teh Tarik Halia and asked the service staff for less sugar. When I collected my tea, I asked again if it was less sugar, but he ignored me. Upon drinking it, I found it was very sweet. Some of the empty tables were also unclean, and I saw some flies flying around. While I was sitting and drinking my tea, I observed the service staff using one cloth to clean more than ten tables. This raises hygiene concerns. I visited on 17/6/24 at 17:45 hrs, when it was not crowded.

I bought some drinks here and saw one of the Indian workers with a runny nose. He wasn't wearing a mask or gloves and kept scratching his nose. It was really unhygienic.

Horrible service. No eggs available? So no prata egg. Sardine wasn't available either, only curry. It's 12 noon and they have no stock? Service was slow and the food was salty. Orders placed after mine arrived first, and it was the same order as mine!

The service was not good at all. The long-haired male staff member was not good at taking orders and delivering them. I wanted to get prata for breakfast, but he insisted I must take the set, which was really too much for me. Nevertheless, the wait was long, and many people dining in did not get their full orders as he had missed out some items. This stall has good potential because of its location, but if the service is so bad, then it's not worth going back. I only tried the prata, which was not bad, but the teh halia was very diluted and I couldn't taste the ginger.
