Pathetic portion and amount. The soup portioning sucks, less than 1/3 of the bowl was filled. Both bowls combined didn't even fill half the bowl. Sides were only a piece of lettuce. The chicken was so little on such a big plate. If the portion was small, it would be okay, but it doesn't taste good either. The only well-done part about this place is the renovation :)

ALT CUT's western delight steak is subpar. I was really disappointed to pay $15 for a rubbery steak, even though I asked for medium well. The yong tau foo stall also increased their prices since the food court was called 'My Kampung'. Now, the fish cake and fish ball are cut into three pieces, and one-third of a portion is considered a single piece! Prices increased and portions decreased. Disappointing. The other stalls have also increased their prices. Yours truly, Bedok Resident New update on Hong Le Korean Cuisine: I bought the yakitori and teriyaki chicken bento. The teriyaki chicken was overcooked and too hard to chew. My jaw was literally tired from chewing this hardened chicken. It seems like they used yesterday's chicken and re-fried it a couple of times. This is too much; I had already accepted the hard chicken the last few times, but I gave them a chance, hoping to get the tender chicken I'd once received from their stall. This is my fourth time experiencing this poor standard. The yakitori sticks were also really bad; they tasted stale. They increased their prices, but their standards have decreased extremely low. I don't recommend anyone buy this bento set from them.

We were all extremely thirsty after eating the nasi lemak. The ayam berempah we had was way overcooked (very hard and dry) and much darker brown than the rest in the display. Oh well, first and last try.

It wasn’t the best, but neither was it the worst. The price was quite reasonable too. Many elderly people gather there in the afternoon for tea, coffee, and gossip. lol. I had the Mala dry bowl, where you pick your own ingredients. I was charged $12.40 for my mixed ingredients, which wasn't too bad. There's a promo going on (see the photo). My mother had the fish and chips ($8). It was quite a big plate with two large pieces of lightly battered white fish (very crispy!) and chips with some salad. The whole food court is Halal.

1. Staff is not well-trained and slow. 2. The toast bread is so soft that when you swing it, it's like a piece of soft rubber. It's meant for dine-in on the spot, yet it can still be so bad. Please really don't prepare them early and then just warm them up, as I saw how they do it. That's why they are so soft and disgusting. Some service staff are polite, though.

Okay, food court standard. Being generous with the scoring because it was a pleasant first experience having lunch here. The mini wok stall was okay. Tried the fish hor fun. Quite liked the taste of the gravy compared to the previous Tasty Wok version. The soup is much easier to swallow. Also tried the western stall. Not bad for the price (signature fish & chips $8, chicken chop $8). Can use CDC vouchers for the western, Thai, Yong Tau Fu, Nasi Padang stalls, etc. Will be trying the gelato next!

For me, the coffee here is the best in Bedok. I can't get this taste elsewhere. Jan was very efficient in serving the customers. Good job!

I heard that place had bad reviews, so I decided to come here. Firstly, the owner of the ALT CUT western store is not rude. Not only that, he looks so sigma selling ice cream. The place is easy to navigate. The kimchi ramen is nice. Also, everyone seems to be in a good mood working. The Thai milk tea is really tasty.

I had an amazing experience at Onetwoeat in Bedok on 19 Aug at 9pm! The three staff (Tintin, Jan, and Hong) on duty went above and beyond to accommodate my pregnant wife’s cravings at the last minute (they turned back on the machine despite it being cleaned up), showing remarkable friendliness and patience. Their chocolate waffles with cheese are the best in Bedok—crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. I highly recommend this place for their outstanding service and delicious waffles!
