Not sure what to feel about this. There was no sauce left by the time I reached home (about half an hour after picking up the order). If you say the pasta absorbed all the sauce, I couldn't taste any sauce after eating the pasta either. If you're trying to cut costs, please reconsider first. Do better, please.

Sorry, this is not pasta. It looks like Chinese noodles, as you can see from my photos. Since when has spaghetti been all curly like this? Total scam.

I tried ordering for the first time using the self-service kiosk, which was easy, although one of the credit card terminals seemed to be down. After placing my order, I left for about 10 minutes. When I returned, my order number wasn’t showing under "preparing" or "collection." I noticed a few bags ready, so I asked a staff member about my order. He ignored me, with his back facing me, and just gave me a dismissive hand signal to wait. Frustrated, I stepped away to cool off and came back to wait. Eventually, my number was called. As for the pasta, which was supposed to be fresh, it was hard and chewy. Maybe it was because it was a takeaway, but since their concept is "pasta to go," that shouldn’t have been an issue. On the bright side, the prawns were good and had the texture I like, unlike some others that tend to be different. Also, less chilli is indeed to my liking and not too spicy for those who don’t take spicy. I might return to try different pasta options, but I'll have to brace myself in case I deal with any more rude or dismissive staff.

I've visited their shop a few times because I like that they have unique pasta shapes like mafalde. Today, however, I was disappointed as my order was missing the smoked duck. Essentially, I just had plain pasta with sauce. Update: It was very nice of them to reach out to me, as not many businesses will do that. Thumbs-up on the service recovery! I will continue to support them :)

I enjoy ordering from Pasta Go because it's customized through the self-ordering kiosk. You can choose your handmade pasta, how soft you want it, and add extra protein or vegetables. The price is economical, the food is delicious, and the disposable cutlery is good quality, even reusable. The wait time is around 10 minutes, and I love watching my pasta being prepared. The disadvantage is that it's takeaway only; there's no dine-in seating available.

After two orders, I provided feedback to customer service and was super impressed by their very prompt follow-up with the service team. Kudos to the great teamwork on efficiency, improvement, and maintaining high standards of service and food quality. I love how al dente the pasta is cooked, and the taste is perfect. It's restaurant-like, made convenient for busy commuters on the go! Keep up this gold standard, PastaGo! I love what I see and taste!

Honestly, for takeout food, I'd give this place a thumbs up. It was our first time trying it, and it was good! We had the aglio olio with chicken and carbonara with prawns. The sauces were packed separately, the prices were moderate, and we loved the texture of the pasta. We'll come back again!

Excellent service from the crew. I accidentally selected the wrong location for takeaway. In a panic, I managed to find their WhatsApp number to check if they could switch the location for March 4th. The person handling my case gave me a voucher for next time, as the pickup location was very far for me (my mistake). I appreciate the help and the service. Thank you so much! Great team. Pasta was good, sauce and pasta were separated as per the photo.
