Not sure what to feel about this. There was no sauce left by the time I reached home (about half an hour after picking up the order). If you say the pasta absorbed all the sauce, I couldn't taste any sauce after eating the pasta either. If you're trying to cut costs, please reconsider first. Do better, please.

I tried ordering for the first time using the self-service kiosk, which was easy, although one of the credit card terminals seemed to be down. After placing my order, I left for about 10 minutes. When I returned, my order number wasn’t showing under "preparing" or "collection." I noticed a few bags ready, so I asked a staff member about my order. He ignored me, with his back facing me, and just gave me a dismissive hand signal to wait. Frustrated, I stepped away to cool off and came back to wait. Eventually, my number was called.
As for the pasta, which was supposed to be fresh, it was hard and chewy. Maybe it was because it was a takeaway, but since their concept is "pasta to go," that shouldn’t have been an issue. On the bright side, the prawns were good and had the texture I like, unlike some others that tend to be different. Also, less chilli is indeed to my liking and not too spicy for those who don’t take spicy. I might return to try different pasta options, but I'll have to brace myself in case I deal with any more rude or dismissive staff.
