All the noodles were tough to bite and seemed uncooked; if eaten, they might have caused indigestion. We threw them all away and just ate the small portion of protein. We waited again to order delivery from other stores via Grab and had dinner at 9:30 pm instead. Sadly, we will not order from here again.

I love PastaGo and have ordered from other branches more than once. However, this Compass One branch really disappointed me. The flavour is still good, but the pasta is so undercooked, just as other reviews mentioned. You can see in my photo that the centre of the mafalde is a lighter colour, indicating it hasn't been cooked through.

The pasta itself was al dente, very nice and good. Most Singaporeans might find it "uncooked" though, so it's up to your own discretion.
All the flavours were great. The butter chicken came with a quite big portion of chicken, and the chicken itself was seasoned really well.
The portion size is good enough for a one-person meal.
This is better than most restaurants serving "atas" pasta.

Ordered a Carbonara with Prawns and an Aglio Olio with Chicken, plus a side of 2 wings.
The cream sauce for the carbonara was packed separately, which makes total sense as the noodles would have been really soggy by the time I got it home and started eating. The prawns tasted fresh and good. Overall taste was good.
The Aglio Olio had a good amount of olive oil and garlic. I requested for more chilli, which made it taste even better with a little more fiery kick. The chicken was alright; it tasted like it had been cooked and kept aside for some time before being added to the pasta when ordered.
All pastas were cooked al-dente as advertised. This was perfectly done. You may request for softer or harder depending on your preference.

My prawn aglio olio came in a good portion, and the pasta was cooked al dente. I consumed it within 10 minutes of purchase. Plus, it came with 5 prawns too! Worth it for $7.9.

My experience was fairly positive. The waiting time was reasonable, about 5-10 minutes, and the service staff were friendly. The menu visuals were easy to read and looked appetizing, which helped me make my selection.
I opted for the aglio olio. However, I found it to be overly oily for my taste, and I wished it had a bit more spice to enhance the flavour profile.
One thing I appreciated was the attention to detail in both packaging and cutlery quality. It showed a level of care that added to the overall dining experience.
While the food didn't quite hit the mark for me, the service was good, and the packaging was excellent.
