After years away, I finally came back to Singapore—and right after my flight, I went straight to Newton Food Centre. I was missing local food so much, and this place did not disappoint!
The fried chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, the BBQ stingray was full of flavor with just the right spice, and the fried rice was delicious and comforting. I also love that they use proper plates instead of styrofoam plates like most stalls.
If you’re craving authentic local flavors in a relaxed hawker setting, Pirate Seafood is a must-visit!
