Despite coming from a well-known prata empire family, with his father running Casuarina Curry and uncle owning Springleaf Prata Place, Ghau chose to forge his own path with this innovative concept.

The DIY approach allows customers to become creators of their own prata masterpieces, choosing from an impressive array of 20 different ingredients. Options range from standard choices like eggs, mushrooms, and mutton to premium offerings such as crab meat and prawns, giving diners unprecedented control over their meal. The signature Eggs Benedict prata showcases the stall's willingness to push boundaries, combining Western brunch elements with traditional Indian flatbread in a fusion that has captured attention across social media platforms including TikTok.

Currently located at Tengah Community Club opposite Plantation Plaza, with another outlet at 5 Changi Village Road, Prata Lahhh! has proven the concept's success with impressive numbers. The stall serves an average of 200 customers on weekdays and doubles that to 400 on weekends, particularly popular among young Singaporeans in their 20s and 30s seeking unique dining experiences. The business demonstrates that innovation and tradition can coexist, bringing fresh excitement to Singapore's prata scene while respecting the craft's fundamental appeal.
