They seem to be raising their waffle prices every year without improving the quality. The kaya spread didn't even cover half of the waffle. Staff were hasty and abrupt during payment. I'll pass.

Hi Prima Deli team, I would like to provide feedback on an utterly unpleasant shopping experience at your Heartland Mall outlet. Date: 05-09-23 Time: 8pm++ I was there to purchase a box of cream puffs. Unfortunately, due to how the puffs were packaged, two cream puffs fell out of the box, which was really flimsy. I passed the remaining box of cream puffs, along with the fallen ones, back to the cashier and apologized. I then took a new box of cream puffs and returned to the cashier for payment. During payment, the most upsetting part was that the cashier showed no empathy and sarcastically told me I would need to pay for two boxes?! She even laughed and joked while my expression was stern and puzzled by her words and actions. While I was getting the new box from the fridge, I heard her tapping the initial box of cream puffs that I had returned to her. It seemed she was trying to cover up a fault in order to bill me for the ones I had dropped? Firstly, I didn't even drop the box; the cream puffs miraculously just slipped out of the box. This will be my last visit here!!

The waffle is quite disappointing. We used to have thick and soft waffles. The quality now is hard and dry, and the heat setting control is bad. Most probably they have cut down on their batter ratio, causing it to burn more easily.

Genuinely, one of the best waffles I have ever had. They offer a generous amount of filling at a reasonable price for the scrumptious waffle and fillings. Their freshly baked-on-the-spot waffles are crunchy, and with a generous amount of filling, they make a good breakfast or snack. Very pleased with the taste and service. :)
