I've been a regular customer at this NTF branch since 2021. Today, I bought a Chicken Thigh Nasi Lemak for takeaway and was very upset and disappointed. The chicken thigh was super oily, and the skin was extremely hard. The staff was not well-trained on properly frying the meat at all! This was actually the second time I've had such terrible chicken. To the management, please always maintain the good standard of every single food item to fulfil ethical business practices. Thank you! Regards, Your faithful customer

A disappointing meal, a shadow of its past self. The only thing worth mentioning is the chilli, but that is most probably factory-produced and doesn't really help, as it's the only merit of this entire dish. Egg - overcooked Otah - literally cold and dead Luncheon meat - fried and dry Hotdog - umm, not sure what to comment, but it's just normal. Fish fillet - aside from the chilli, this was the next best thing, just because it was warm and slightly crispy. Rice - tasteless, devoid of the usual coconut aroma. Zero enjoyment, zero effort, zero points for what was once considered a well-known brand to Singaporeans. Not coming back to this establishment for Nasi Lemak again. Luckily, the staff here is friendly and warm. I just wished their food was as warm and welcoming as them.

The kopitiam at Tower B is closed, so Qiji at Tower A has a long queue. I only visited the food area and not other places in Ng Teng Fong Hospital. It wasn't the traditional laksa with cockles, but rather looked like bee hoon with a very light coconut gravy and tiny frozen clams. The dish was made economically.

I was craving for Lor Mee. Any place is fine, I'm not very particular. When I saw Qiji, I decided to go for it. When I was almost done, I bit onto something chewy. Initially, I thought it could be a prawn shell, but when I tried to unfold and open it, it was actually plastic. So I told the lady that there was plastic in my Lor Mee. She told me it was a prawn shell. I replied that I had unfolded it and it was indeed plastic. She quickly took the plastic away from my spoon and walked away. Before she left, I told her there was no need to take away the evidence, as I had already taken photos. She then reported to the manager, and he asked her to replace it for me. Her reply to the manager was, "He already finished eating." But in fact, I wasn't even done; I still had a full egg, vegetables, and otah. I was so disgusted by their hygiene and food practices that I stopped eating and left.

Super slow... Food is normal but cry! \(`Δ’)/ Software devs! I can't believe in this age of digitalization frontline staff have to deal with the bills and prioritize. Still slow as heck… stop dining here unless you like snail food.

Firstly, their popiah never disappoints whenever I feel like eating light. Today, I had their Special Mee Rebus, which comes with a whole piece of their chicken cutlet and fish fillet on top of their usual toppings of a boiled egg, some cubed fried taukwa, sliced green chillies, fried onions, sprinkles of spring onions and Chinese celery, and surprisingly, some fried small shrimps. The gravy has a balanced flavour of salty, sweet, and spicy, and they served it with a spoonful of their sambal that tastes so good. I was satisfyingly filled up, so worth my $6.20. My MIL had the Nasi Lemak Set 2, and the portion was quite big. The rice was fluffy and not overwhelming with coconut milk, just nice. What is Nasi Lemak without sambal, right? So, the sambal also, to me, was well-balanced. The set comes with 2 slices of omelette, a fried chicken wing, a piece of round otah, some fried ikan bilis with fried peanuts, and of course, 2 slices of cucumber. That fulfilling set was $5.20. The counter staff were very polite.

The popiah is a must-order here, especially when paired with nasi lemak! While the service could be improved, it's otherwise still acceptable.

The Nasi Lemak isn't bad, but it's just alright. The rice is nice. It's a bit expensive due to rental, but overall it's not bad. The fish isn't fresh enough, though. This nasi lemak is not bad.
