Service is super good from both the female and male staff. I bought an iced matcha latte and some spaghetti, costing a total of $23. I thought it was super overpriced, expecting the food to be nice. I was very disappointed. The matcha was super grassy and extremely sweet for $8.50, lol. Then, the spaghetti's mushrooms were super salty. The food ruined my whole day, and I have an upset stomach now. The male staff need to smile more, and they also forgot to give me a buzzer. So bad.

Even a child could cook better than this rubbish. I threw away the entire package. It was a total waste of time and money. One star is too many for this place. Terrible and horrible.

I've been there several times, and while it's okay, there are still some issues that need attention and improvement.
1. One of the biggest problems is the ventilation. Because they have a kitchen for cooking, the restaurant is often filled with oil smoke, which impacts the dining experience.
2. There's a male staff member with glasses who always reminds me about closing time around 9 pm, even though I've been there many times and am aware of it. This also gives me a bad experience and makes me feel unwelcome.

Went in the morning and it was busy, but the server behind the counter remained calm as he tried to take orders, cash them out, make drinks, and even serve them. We waited shorter than expected. The carrot cake was decent, with the chilli being a delight. The pot pie was very filling. Overall, would be back for a quick meal around the area.

Waiting time for an Aglio Olio with turkey bacon took about 30 minutes. The restaurant was quite empty at that time. I saw another customer receive her food when I ordered. She had finished and left the restaurant while I was still waiting.
Suddenly, a tray slid in before me without a sound. A male staff member served it in silence and walked off.
Atmosphere: 3/5 (Clothes and hair smelled after being seated indoors)

Pardon the pictures of half-eaten food. I wasn't planning to leave a review, but the matcha latte and crispy chicken burger were so delicious I just had to. The portions were great, and the matcha latte was awesome. I'm deducting one star because the fries looked a bit "spoilt." One of them was significantly blackened. It looked either like it had been kept in the freezer for too long or their supplier had provided a batch with some rotten fries. But other than that, the rest was awesome.

I'd like to emphasize that among the service staff, two young ladies (one Indian girl, Pary, and one Malay girl) deserve praise. They are very friendly and warm in their service.
