Service is super good from both the female and male staff. I bought an iced matcha latte and some spaghetti, costing a total of $23. I thought it was super overpriced, expecting the food to be nice. I was very disappointed. The matcha was super grassy and extremely sweet for $8.50, lol. Then, the spaghetti's mushrooms were super salty. The food ruined my whole day, and I have an upset stomach now. The male staff need to smile more, and they also forgot to give me a buzzer. So bad.

Worse food ever. Don't even bother eating here. I ordered prawn Aglio Olio via a delivery app. When the food arrived, the prawns were not fully cooked, and the spaghetti was dry and still hard. Even a child could cook better than this rubbish. I threw away the entire package. It was a total waste of time and money. One star is too many for this place. Terrible and horrible.

The staff are friendly, but the food took too long to prepare. To make matters worse, the laksa came lukewarm. The bean sprouts were not fully cooked and had a very strong raw taste. I wondered why, after such a long wait, it still came out lukewarm. Quite disappointing.

First time at Rocky Master @ Woodlands Square. Not impressed. Ordered the all-day breakfast and signature set, and was disappointed. The scrambled eggs were not warm and seemed to be made from liquid egg. The toast was underdone and hard. The hash browns were just warm, and the mushrooms seemed not fried enough. The only hot food was the fries. I believe the orders were left waiting for all items to be ready before being served, which, if not kept in a warmer, would cause the food to turn cold. The chicken sandwich was okay.

Breakfast sets are super worth your money and the food is consistently tasty. The staff are also always friendly and try their best to serve the food fast! I love how they've incorporated the scan-to-order concept as it's helpful during the morning weekday crowd.
My personal favorites are the savory waffles, signature breakfast, matcha latte, and their banana custard muffin.

Laksa Spaghetti with Prawns was average. The sauce was creamy with rich flavours.
The Teriyaki chicken sandwich wasn't as good as it looked. Everything else except the chicken was okay. I had to spit out some portion of the chicken as it was all fat.
French fries were average too.
Ambience is nice and tranquil.

Visited again on 29/7/23. This time around, the wait was okay as it was not crowded.
