Food standard is good and consistent. Service needs to be better although. Ordered food for takeaway

The food standard is good and consistent. However, the service needs improvement. I ordered food for takeaway, and they didn't call out queue numbers. I had to approach them, only to be told my order was on the table, yet they hadn't called my number for collection. Even for dine-in orders, staff sometimes don't acknowledge that an order has been placed. You need to go to them physically to remind them, and only then will they start preparing. Perhaps the staff are still new to the online system here, so no worries. The quantity of Briyani rice given is also quite less compared to their outlet at Swan Lake. For the best experience, I would still recommend people to visit the Swan Lake outlet as the service there is better, as well as the serving portions of the Briyani. Nevertheless, the food still tastes really good, and there's no doubt that this is still one of the best Briyani in SG!

I bought Indian Rojak for takeaway today, and when I brought it home, the items were NOT my order. It's very disappointing because I was charged $13 for rojak items that I didn't even choose! As a result, I didn't eat some of these items as they're not to my personal preference. This is a waste because I truly enjoyed their rojak gravy, which is thick and spicy. Just a suggestion, please issue queue numbers when people are buying rojak to avoid confusing orders. It's frustrating to receive items we didn't choose. Aside from this mix-up, their teh tarik is really nice. Thank you.

First time dining in at this outlet. The restaurant's air conditioning was cold enough to send shivers. Ordered Nasi Lemak ($5), which tasted quite okay, nothing special. The chicken wing was nice and not dry, while the sambal had just the right amount of spiciness for me. Standard Teh Cino. Will I come again? Hmm...

I've been a loyal fan of their biryani for years, but I was recently upset. I bought two packets (takeaway) of mutton biryani at $10 each. The meat portion was way too small and not worth the price. Please don't cut corners, or you'll lose loyal customers.

There was a long waiting time for just the prata, despite only a couple of customers in the restaurant. After checking with the counter, the food had not been prepared, and we had to cancel the order.
