First and last visit. The cakes were dry and hard, the bakwan goreng was also hard, and the sirap bandung and sirap selasih tasted off. Flies were visible. Service was rude and unfriendly, with no sense of basic hospitality. The place may look nice, but the food quality and customer service were very poor.

The food is nice, except for the ikan asam pedas. They use Tongkol fish, which tastes bitter and has a lot of bones. The rice portion is very small, like a child's size. The seating and ordering area is very cramped, and they had to reshuffle. Service-wise, it's tip-top!

Bought for takeaway. The dishes are delicious and tasty; not stingy with the flavour. I like their siput sedut and ayam lada hijau (chicken with green chilli).

The food tastes great and the drinks are nice. However, I came in the morning around 10:10 am, and they only opened the shop at 10 am, so my food was totally cold. The staff were great in their assistance.

Tasty food overall, but there’s room for improvement. I tried the bagedil, which unfortunately tasted like the instant frozen type — I feel a proper nasi padang place should be making them fresh in-house. The cafe-style setting isn’t ideal for long queues; it gets cramped quickly and uncomfortable when it’s busy. I also noticed a number of used plates left lying around on tables, which weren’t cleared promptly after customers finished eating. It can get quite noisy too, especially since the space is small. Drinks were served noticeably slow, and it would be better if staff could inform customers when drinks are ready, especially if they take time to prepare, rather than just leaving them at the corner of the counter. A few adjustments in service and operations would really elevate the experience here.

The food is superb, but I do wish they'd start the kebabs earlier. I've still not had a chance to try them because they start so late. Not sure why they had a poster for chendol because when I asked the cashier, he said they don't sell it anymore. It was quite busy, so I didn't get a chance to ask about the waffles. My main issue with the Wisma outlet is that it is TOO cramped. The seats take up 90% of the space. When you queue up to order food, you are literally two inches away from people eating. If anyone wants to walk in the other direction, they can't get past. There's no space for strollers, wheelchairs, or grocery trolleys, even though it's right next to the market and loads of people would have them. No matter which direction you go, you need to squeeze between seated customers or people in the queue. It isn't comfortable for anyone, especially if someone's carrying a full plate of food above your head. I'd heavily suggest the management decrease the amount of tables and rearrange them so there is more space for customers and staff to walk.
