1. Poor service encountered. 2. Found 2-3 hairs in the dish. The staff simply took the dish away and placed a new one on the table without asking if we wanted a replacement or a new dish. 3. When the new dish was served, we were told it was free, yet it appeared on the receipt. 4. During payment, we asked the staff about it, and they said, "A new portion was already served." Throughout the entire process, we never heard a single apology or experienced any proper communication. They seemed to be trying to cover up the issue, perhaps thinking we wouldn't have taken photos or something. On another note, the floor was oily, the tables were sticky, and the food was not hygienic. I will be reporting this directly to SFA (as advised and agreed by the staff).

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to the West Mall outlet. I ordered a kids’ meal for my son, who was excited to receive the free toy as shown on the promotional poster. However, when I went to redeem it, the staff told me there was a minimum spend of $50 required, which was not stated on the poster at all. I even took a photo of the display to double-check, and there was no mention of the spending requirement. When I brought it up to the staff, they simply insisted that the $50 minimum applied. It felt very misleading, and my boy was quite upset. Please be clearer with your promotions next time, especially when they’re aimed at children. This kind of marketing leaves a bad impression.

We visit at least once a month, but recently the food quality has declined. The Thai glass noodle salad had barely any sauce, resulting in a lack of flavor—neither spicy nor sour. The fish was also very bland, sitting in a pool of water with no real taste. The stir-fried kailan was decent, but overall, we left disappointed.

The Thai dishes here were more authentic than others I had visited. For the Som Tum (papaya salad), it would have been great to have a choice of fermented small crab or fermented shrimp sauce to add to the authenticity. The pineapple fried rice was good, but the red seafood Tom Yum could be improved with more evaporated milk. This version tasted and looked like clear soup with only a touch of chili paste. Overall, it's still worth eating here.

Ordered via Grab. I'm a regular patron of Sanook Kitchen, and today was one of those stay-home days, so I ordered my favorite: the Sea Bass with Thai Sauce. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much in terms of packaging since it's not easy to keep a crispy, butterfly-cut fish intact for delivery. I even imagined it being wrapped in foil or folded into a small container. But wow—pleasantly surprised! The fish came in a large plastic container, perfectly laid out and still super crispy. The sauce was packed separately, just as I requested. I absolutely love the care and thought put into the packaging. Thank you to the team for going the extra mile. You made my day! ❤️

A pleasant place for a meal with friends and family. They are a Halal restaurant and also have vegetarian-friendly menu items. I am pretty sure the tom yum isn't made from pre-mix, as the spiciness varies during each visit. At times, the spiciness can be quite muted, and sometimes it can pack some heat. The green chili mixture condiment is great! Tangy, spicy, salty. A great condiment to go with the dishes.

First time visiting this restaurant with a friend to try their set lunch. The meat texture was great and the vegetables were well prepared. The chawanmushi and miso soup tasted good. The staff were quite friendly and the pricing was acceptable. Worth visiting. One thing the restaurant could take note of is to try not to serve the miso soup and chawanmushi too early. Because the items had already cooled down by the time the main dish was served.

Friendly staff! Clean place with nice decor and good ambience. I love the tomyum fried rice. GST and service charge need to be added, but that's almost a given everywhere, so no complaints!
