$22 per person for the All You Can Eat Buffet, but they were not happy to serve and took a long time to deliver food. They claimed food was sold out, especially the beefs. The stall owner had a very bad attitude and was rude, with a face like charcoal. They didn't allow us to take chili sauce or use bowls to eat. They forced us to share a pot with 7 people, claiming there weren't enough pots. Don't go to this shop if you don't have enough patience...

Brought my friends to try the halal Thai steamboat, and we thoroughly enjoyed the all-you-can-eat buffet priced at $22, which excludes seafood. The meat selections were fresh and of good quality. We especially relished the NZ premium beef slices when paired with their sauces. I would recommend going on a weekday around 4:30-5:00 PM as it tends to get quite crowded towards dinner time. The staff was friendly, and the service was excellent. We look forward to returning!

Best to dip in their secret chilli sauce! So Shiok! Some of the marinated meats don’t even need sauce and they are tasty.

You have an option to choose ala carte or platter too. Add on some seafood as they are not included in the buffet.

At an affordable price of $22, you get to enjoy a range of fresh meat and vegetables. You can order anything on the menu except the seafood category, which you will have to pay for separately. Though they have a la carte items on their menu, the Standard or Chicken Out Set ($22 per person) is their most popular option. A platter comes with 15 different items in small quantities. It may not seem like a lot, but it’s a substantial amount of food for two people, or possibly one that is very hungry. 😋
There are two soup options for the steamboat. You can choose a chicken broth or top up an additional $2 for their tom yum soup. The chicken broth is flavourful as the juices from the cooked meat trickle down into the soup. What’s more, you’ll get free-flow soup here. It didn’t take long for the food to be cooked and ready to eat. It was a great meal. My friends and I left with our stomachs super full! 😋

I loved all the chicken marinades, even the cheesy tofu was yummy! It's a great way to spend an evening with family and friends. The service is quick, staff is friendly, and the price is good.

After a fun day, my wife and I joined her friends for dinner at Sedap Thai BBQ Steamboat, located in Berseh Food Centre. It was my first time meeting some of them, and we all decided to dine here for a casual and delicious meal.
The place is set in a hawker centre, so don’t expect an air-conditioned environment, but it’s still comfortable with ceiling fans around. We went for one of their group meal sets, which was convenient and great for sharing.
The staff brought over a portable stove with a grill and hotpot combo in the middle, which made the whole dining experience interactive and fun. We had a nice variety of food: noodles, seafood, and beef. Everything was fresh and tasty!
The best part? Sharing the meal, conversations, and laughter with good company. It was a relaxed and memorable dinner, and I’d definitely recommend it for those looking for a casual, authentic BBQ steamboat experience.
