Selera Rasa Nasi Lemak has been a legendary fixture at Adam Road Food Centre since 1998, earning distinguished recognition including a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod and royal approval from the Sultan of Brunei. Located at 2 Adam Road, this iconic hawker stall has become synonymous with Singaporean comfort food excellence, attracting queues that regularly stretch for at least half an hour during peak times.

What sets Selera Rasa apart is their unconventional use of basmati rice instead of traditional jasmine rice, creating a lighter, airier texture that differentiates their nasi lemak from competitors. The signature "Royal Rumble" set, priced under , combines fragrant coconut rice with fried chicken wings, a crispy potato patty, fiery sambal, fried anchovies, peanuts and otah fish cake, delivering a complete flavour experience that justifies the royal endorsement. The stall operates Monday to Thursday from 7am to 5pm, weekends from 7am to 3pm, and closes Fridays.
