The price is fair and the food tastes sufficient, but it would be even better if they could at least serve hot rice. That would make it stand out. The portion is okay, but it lacks freshness.

A very competitive stall in Geylang Serai Hawker Centre. Many stalls sell Nasi Padang in this Malay-based hawker centre. Most of them are doing well, with good flavors and high prices. For this particular stall, the quality of the Malay dishes was good, full of flavor, and offered a variety of choices. I bought a takeaway Nasi Padang consisting of 2 vegetables and 1 chicken thigh. It cost me $7, which is usually $5.50 to $6 before COVID. I understand that food costs have increased tremendously nowadays. However, I still feel the increase is way too high; perhaps $6.50 would be more reasonable. Besides the price, I must say their service attitude was good – polite and patient when selecting dishes from the many options offered. Overall, I am pleased with their great-tasting food. I will definitely come back again, but probably not so often due to the high cost.

Had Nasi Rawon for takeaway and I must say that the rawon is lacking the real gravy of buah keluak. It tasted more of turmeric. The begedil & paru are coated with batter, which frankly there's no need for. Sambal belacan is . I've had better rawon elsewhere, so this stall is a miss.

I won’t deny that their Rendang is good, but what happened to the other dishes? The beansprouts were not even cooked (better I go buy at the pasar and eat it! ). Then the sotong… OMG! Is it their first time cooking sotong? Don't they know that sotong has sand inside and sometimes there is leftover fish? If you think that 'oh, my shop is so popular because of the rendang, then who cares about the rest?' Then let me tell you… you will answer to Allah SWT one day. People are already sick but feeling reluctant to eat your food, then you give this bullshit… Rice also so mushy… I don’t think they actually care about cooking… Just want money only.

It's hard to find good Nasi Sambal Goreng. I saw this shop on Grab, tried it, and it was a bomb! I think this was from Jln Pemimpin. This is honest selling with fresh ingredients. I will order again.

Ordered for the first time from Shaliza Kitchen at 59 Jln Pemimpin, Bishan via Grab. The food was packed neatly and properly. Portioning was good. An avid fan of Nasi Rawon, I am very particular with my taste, and here I was not disappointed. The rawon gravy comes with meat trimmings, unlike many other places that sell theirs. The sambal goreng, paru (beef lungs), serunding, sambal belacan, and sambal sotong were adequately portioned and tasty. The Nasi Lemak could be better. Portion-wise, all its usual condiments were similarly sufficient. However, the taste is a tad bland, lacking coconut milk and tasting more of ginger. All in all, a good experience. Will order again next time.

Ordered 2 Nasi Sambal Goreng with Chicken. Total spent: $14. Used CDC Vouchers to redeem my food. Tastes nice. Expect a long queue, but it's worth waiting for, and the price is quite reasonable. They also accept PayNow.
