The food is tasty, but nothing to be wow about. The turn-off point is that they used frozen seafood for the tomyam.
The QR on the table allows users to select between pickup and delivery, which confused end-users during ordering. Once you enter the delivery/pickup page, to select dine-in again, you have to rescan, and the queue in the restaurant is slow. The owner should put a QR for the dine-in menu only on the table.
Food cooking speed is good.

It is a beautiful place with comfortable seats. I ordered the Thai mango salad, which was listed at $7.90 before tax and service charge. I ordered it as a takeaway and provided my own box. I didn't find the salad special; it was just average. The reduced star rating was due to an unhappy feeling regarding the SAFRA member discount and voucher matters, which the restaurant initially didn't agree upon. It was sorted out in the end.

Second time eating here for set lunch. The Phad Thai and Maggie Mee Tom Yam were both okay. I liked that the lemongrass drink came with sugar syrup, allowing patrons to adjust their own sweetness level. My husband did not order the green curry this time because he remembered it wasn't nice. He ordered the basil chicken rice instead. To his disappointment, it came without a sunny-side-up egg. The photo in the menu actually showed a sunny-side-up egg. When asked, the waiter said the egg would only be given if we topped up for it. However, in the app, there was no such option. Basil chicken rice often comes with a sunny-side-up egg; how much would it cost the restaurant to provide one? Truth be told, this will be the last time we patronize this place. (Side note: The waiter had poor service attitude.)

Ordered using the QR code on the online menu. Service was fast. Some items on the physical menu might not be available on the online order as the physical menu is less updated. Had to order the fresh coconut separately in person, but the service staff was helpful and prompt. Found the lemongrass tea quite sweet, even though there was an option for less sweet and less ice. The tomato snapper fish (no picture) was good.

My first time trying the seabass with lime here. The taste is authentic and the portion is generous, suitable for 4 people. The service was good. Manager Shazmie kept checking on us despite the heavy crowd. Other crew members also helped with my child. Thank you for the good food and service.

Siam Kitchen is the epitome of what an authentic Thai cuisine should look and feel like. This outlet
Siam Kitchen is the epitome of authentic Thai cuisine. This outlet draws inspiration from Thailand with its vivid red and gold interior and features lotus motifs on their menu. I was very impressed by the outlet's appearance.
When it came to the food, I was spoilt by the variety of choices and decided to try their Lemongrass Prawn Cakes ($9.90 for 3 pieces) and their Tom Yum Fried Rice with Chicken ($8.90 for 1 set). The prawn cakes were full of crunchy bits and tantalising flavours, whereas the rice set, which was ordered non-spicy, had a kick of savoury taste and tender chicken chunks, creating a joyous mouthful experience. This would be an 8 out of 5 stars on Google Maps. Well done!

The moment we took a bite of our food, we were amazed at the flavours! Sweet, sour, and spicy, all in one dish. Their hot Thai Milk Tea came in a small teapot and was very, very nice, especially for us tea drinkers. Overall, 10 stars.
