Starbucks Singapore stands as the undisputed leader in premium coffee culture, operating over 130 strategically located stores that have transformed how Singaporeans experience and appreciate specialty coffee. Since opening its first store at Liat Towers in 1996, Starbucks has evolved into more than just a coffee shop—it's become Singapore's third place between home and work, where connections are made over expertly crafted beverages.

The menu celebrates both global Starbucks favorites and local inspirations, from the beloved Caramel Macchiato and Java Chip Frappuccino to uniquely Singaporean creations like the Hainanese Chicken Rice Wrap that pays homage to the nation's culinary heritage. Each location maintains the brand's commitment to ethically sourced coffee beans and skilled baristas who ensure every drink meets the exacting standards that coffee enthusiasts expect.

Beyond exceptional coffee, Starbucks Singapore offers compelling value through programs like Happy Hour's 1-for-1 deals between 2-5PM weekdays and weekend treats that reward loyalty. With locations spanning from bustling Orchard Road flagships to neighborhood heartland stores, Starbucks provides consistent quality and ambiance whether you're seeking a morning caffeine boost, afternoon respite, or evening workspace. The brand's integration of mobile ordering, comfortable seating, and reliable WiFi has made it an essential part of Singapore's urban lifestyle.

Tried this outlet yesterday. It was almost empty during lunchtime, very spacious. The service staff who took our orders at the cashier had quite an attitude. She seemed irritated and was rude towards my friends, even when they were very polite towards her. She was impatient and got angry at one of my friends when he did not understand what she was saying (none of us could because she was not pronouncing the words properly or speaking up). She displayed an attitude when my friend went directly to select his choice of sides when ordering the double-up chicken, as he didn't know he was allowed to choose the chicken. Oh, by the way, there wasn't anyone behind us. This conduct is extremely off-putting and uncalled for. As much as we try to understand why she is behaving this way, it is unfair for us customers to have to deal with her personal problems. The food was affordable and tasted not bad. The chicken was tender, and the baked potatoes were not too hard, unlike at other outlets; quite nice. The ambience would be very chill if it weren't for the two different songs playing in the background. One was probably playing from a speaker, and the other sounded like it came from the kitchen. It felt a bit uncomfortable.

Very slow service. I became hangry , which is not my usual nature. It looks like they were understaffed. They closed early, it was only 8pm. My partner ordered medium, but got medium-rare. I ordered medium, but got well-done. Well done and congratulations Andes Toa Payoh . Don't come here, it's really jialat.

A reasonable cut for the price you pay. It is probably not going to be the best steak you ever tasted, but most likely not the worst either. Don't be scared off by the queue outside; they are just waiting to order before being seated. A good place to go for a family weekend dinner if you have always enjoyed Western food at hawker centres.

My chicken was uncooked, and I was very scared of getting food poisoning. I asked the staff if my chicken was cooked, and he took my plate away without saying anything. He then came back with another plate, still without saying anything. I guess it's good that they changed the food, but still, where was the apology? And what if I had gotten food poisoning?! Everything else was good, but the service recovery needs to improve. Health and safety in F&B are very important, so please ensure quality control is at good standards.

The food was not nice; the carbonara and the fish were dry and hard. The food presentation was also very messy. Service was just dropping food on the table. The restaurant is, however, suitable for families with children.

Andes at Safra TPY is one of our favourite places to go. The service there is good, and the staff are friendly, especially the manager, Janice. She was very helpful, asking if the food was okay and ensuring we received the correct order. We ordered the ribeye and crispy fried chicken.

There was a short queue when we went on a Thursday evening around 7:30 PM. They initially served us a wrong order for the ribeye, and the correct orders arrived in about 17 minutes after ordering at the counter. The food was done nicely; service definitely has room for improvement. Seatings and ambience were okay. We may consider coming back here again, but it would be great if management could focus on improving service.

Surprised to see it empty on a Friday evening. Perhaps most people went to the F1 race. Thinking hard between the Steak or Fiery Chicken, as both are my personal favourites. Had the Steak finally. It was a bit weird as the steak was on the cold side, but it was still tasty, so all is good.

This location is big and beautiful, and conducive for a long dining experience. The Malay cashier was friendly, and most importantly, this outlet didn't give me issues when using my Safra discount and e-voucher. He did take a long time to confirm my Paylah payment as his verification was on a handphone that was not with him. I waited for him at the cashier to get his handphone. I ordered the beef Bolognese, which came with a mushroom soup. The soup was quite bland but creamy, perhaps due to not enough salt. The beef Bolognese was relatively good with enough gravy. This particular meal was served amazingly fast, within a few minutes. The meal cost $11.90 SGD before the Safra ten percent discount, and there was no service charge. 31 Aug 24
